In 2017 I broke my ankle playing football & I have struggled with weight loss ever since. There was a time I weighed 120kg. I felt awful. In April this year, I had enough and I set a 3 month target to lose fat. I attained it in a month. I ran & lifted weights & voila- I'm back!

A sardonic spectacle; laughable from both ends. Both teams looked like drunkards in suits, making petty mistakes all over the pitch. My data could've streamed an entire movie, Hope (2026), instead. 😭
But football is football, and we learn to appreciate even the tiniest flashes of brilliance, even if they last only two minutes out of 90. Neto's brilliant move and pass to Caicedo, which led to the penalty, was one of those moments.
Liverpool have potential, no doubt. You can see it in their principles of play, the attacking lanes they create and exploit, the build-up patterns, and those swift, split-second runs that give their structure some life. They'll grow into this system, and when they do, they'll be a formidable side.
Chelsea, on the other hand, look painfully haphazard. The second half was slightly better, and the build-up improved, but the directionless passing persisted. It felt like someone playing eFootball for the first time, passing blindly and hoping for a miracle. 😂
Emegha has practically sold himself to the Bridge jackals already. I honestly pity him. Barco missed his chance too, but that was more unfortunate than poor; it was a fine, lofted effort that would've looked beautiful in the net.
All in all, I had that sinking feeling this afternoon that we'd be knocked out. Andoni showed that his game plan was a step ahead of Xabi's.
Still, I believe Chelsea have the better squad on paper. We have the personnel to compete at Liverpool's level, and arguably the same potential. The frustrating part is that potential means very little when the execution is this chaotic. 💙

They will say “he can’t play wingback” “he is lazy” “he is not matured enough”.
It’s annoying at this point

It looks intentional. Chelsea needs to get rid of that guy. Fofana and Gusto.

I dont know ooo... Alonso really needs to explain himself
The moment I saw Fofana stepped up I knew it was all over.
That dude is just a waste of money.
He needs to go.
@ChelseaFC cut your loss and move Fofana on!!!

The problem he didnt solve against Tottenham was not attacking their full backs, it worked in the first half and I expect him to bring on welbeck for Rogers and Palmer to play to their full backs.
