Equilux meaning equal light is the day when daylight and darkness are closest to being exactly 12 hours each
This year, the Vernal Equilux occurs on the 17th March for UK locations roughly south of Norwich, and on the 18th March for locations generally north of Norwich.

UCI implementing a minimum handlebar width of 40 cm.
