911 for imessage agents
recently i've been testing a bunch of AI agents living in iMessage as part of a broader look at the different ways we interact with agents
@interaction @Tomo @boassistant etc.
feels like this category is mostly benefiting from a temporary interface gap
especially with Apple Intelligence moving deeper into the OS
the thesis behind iMessage agents does make sense:
> no new app
> familiar experience
but iMessage feels too limited as an agent interface imo, and a single chat thread gets cramped fast
few interesting exceptions:
@fliptexts focused entirely on financial management, with Plaid + brokerage integrations
one of the best onboarding flows i've tried: somehow they even customize the chat wallpaper
couldn't test it too much given the focus on US banks*
different direction:
@showrunnernyc imo the only one that really understood the interface problem
don't squeeze the agent into iMessage and rebuild mobile messaging around agents
their demo is pretty cool, worth checking out xitter.gq/sahilhandapanda/status…
that feels much closer to where this should go
if Apple Intelligence gets good enough, being another contact in iMessage probably won't be much of a moat

beaver started from a very sophisticated financial thesis
my wife likes buying stuff more than buying stocks
so now buying stuff gets her stocks
the actual idea is pretty simple
we have enough guilt driven apps telling people to spend less/set goals and track every transaction
meanwhile tokenized stocks are mostly sitting inside wallets and dexs that only crypto bros touch
so 1+1
use tokenized stocks to make investing part of everyday spending
- invest as little as $0.10
- near-zero fees
- turn spare change from bank tx into stocks 24/7
the next million investors won't come from another terminal
they'll come from cute little lifestyle apps
that fit into everyday life
railway enough
can I deploy new builds pls 😭
Builds are temporarily paused
We are currently investigating this issue

if you think beaver Banking connection flow its hard
wait for the bugs of the users
this week every single edge case has been triggered
Build 74 fixes them
Now you can connect your bank while crossing 3 timezones on a supersonic plane on Cambodian VPN
vibecoder POV on scion by anthropic
TLDR: they replaced git for their monorepo
(it makes sense they merge 30k+ changes a day)
usual flow
clone → checkout → edit → diff → commit → push
scion moves much of that work to the server
agents can request the specific files / diffs / history they need
commits / merges / rebases happen server-side too
no separate push step
need files to edit? just fetch those files
need a diff for a CI job? ask the API
PRs usual flow
PR → review → test → merge
now try with 1000 changes landing while tests are still running
by the time the tests finish the codebase has already changed
so anthropic tests after merging too
then again before deployment
Infinite loop for thousands of agents
anthropic shipping so fast they basically building everything custom

this unreleased app will actually hit your iphone very soon.
@EARNONHOOD acquired the ETF app i built some time ago
EARN has already built some really interesting infrastructure for onchain ETFs
the next step is bringing that technology to a much bigger audience.
tokenized assets won't go mainstream through another trading terminal
they need great distribution, simple UX, and products that anyone can use without understanding what's happening under the hood
excited for what's ahead
EARN has built a fundamentally better version of ETFs onchain, and now we're bringing them to millions of mobile users.
We've acquired the mobile-first ETF platform built by @freddy_0x, including its underlying infrastructure. It will become the official EARN mobile app.
Earn Traded Funds are already live, with over 50 active funds and millions in trading volume. They trade 24/7, generate yield and are fully composable across DeFi. Funds already cover tokenized RWAs, memes, alts and more. This acquisition gives us the consumer platform to take that technology mainstream.
Freddy is a dev I've followed for some time, with a proven track record of building consumer crypto apps. His focus on UX and making complex technology accessible to anyone is exactly what we need to bring ETFs to a much bigger audience.
Together, we're building an experience so intuitive that users won't need to understand crypto or DeFi at all. They'll simply be able to open the app, pick an ETF and start earning in seconds.
Private access opens soon, with EARN holders getting priority before we launch publicly and scale distribution.
We're not building another crypto app for the few users already onchain. We're taking on the $24 trillion ETF market with a fundamentally better product, and building the distribution to compete with the biggest names in finance.
ETFs for everyone.
this post' DMs to impressions ratio must be studied
an unreleased concept i made a some time ago.
and forgot to post
the idea was to bring the ease of ETFs to tokenized stocks
> with 24/7 trading
> automatic rebalancing
> and the potential to earn yield
and anyone could create its own ETF
or choose an existing one
should i release it?
