🇺🇸 El-Sayed says the same people are financing the Republicans and the Democrats:
“People don't trust our party because too often we're funded by the very same people who fund Republicans... Can we actually cut the cord that we've had to corporate money and start governing like we give a damn about working people?”
Most modern billionaires are just so tacky. Go endow a library. Fund research and get your name on a cancer center. Sponsor an eccentric polymath who’s obsessed with marble. Build a museum. Fund public parks. Back climate research. Create something that outlives your ego.

Do you know how sick it is that people have to travel interstate for an MRI?
Wicked government. Gullible people.

"Old Money Elite" and it's just a bunch of old rent seekers who got their first car and mortgage from the government the day they graduated secondary school in the 1950's.
No contribution to the sciences, society or to culture. 😂😂😂

Hi guys! ❤️
We're doing another fundraiser for @AduratheArtist and his dad, who has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
The goal is to raise ₦20 million, and ₦9.1 million has already been raised. We still have ₦10.9 million to go.
Please support if you can. Every contribution helps, and if you can't contribute financially, a repost or helping spread the word would mean a lot.
Let's show up for Adura and his family. ❤️🤝🏾

When you say "Nigerians cannot afford basic public utilities like electricity" (which people all over the World can afford);
You forget that one of the basic/major responsibilities of Nigerian leaders is to grow the GDP per capita, reduce inflation, and maintain a realm of security and prosperity;
Not continuing to blame ordinary Nigerians burdened by high inflation for their own poverty - ad infinitum.
This ersatz 1980s/1990s style Washington Consensus neoliberal economic thinking - will lead to ordinary Nigerians finally dismissing "Nigerian technocrats" as being incompetent, insincere, and inconsiderate.

There's not a single act of cruelty that poor people enact that the rich do not inflict on an even grander scale, so spare us the song and dance about how that is what fuels your fervid hatred for poor folks.

You're a very stupid human being if you support a politician solely because of tribe. Extremely stupid. There is no hope of sense for you.

We have normalised things that should make an entire nation furious. Hospitals without medicine, schools without resources, unemployed graduates and politicians living like royalty. This is not normal. It is a national disgrace!
