I went to a funeral today in San Francisco and I kept thinking: “how many people would be at mine and what would they say?” It’s on my mind even though I’ll never know. Do you ever think the same?
I recently joined the Bay Area Romance Writers group. It’s a great space for networking and learning. I appreciate the monthly workshops included in the membership fee.

Book bans and filtered language can make artists cautious. The answer here is to create without apology. buff.ly/58PjRC9
Love is a Contact Sport review!
"This is for my 40+ crew who wants to read about older characters. This was very GROWN. And I loved it. We love a good spin the block. This was a slow burn. It was very rewarding. It was so sweet." - Brit G via NetGalley

Adventure readers, take note: “Robin Miles narration — character work.” Audio excellence. Worth the voyage? Come for the history; stay for the danger. buff.ly/m7SVyMt

My dad used to say, “Joey, when you get knocked down, get up.” I’ve leaned on those words my whole life, in politics and with my family, through the best days and the hardest ones. I write about that and more in my new book, PROMISE ME, AMERICA. It’s out November 17th, and you can preorder it now at PromiseMeAmerica.com. I’m looking forward to folks reading it.
Day two. The @calstate Student Success Symposium in San Jose, CA. Friday, 10/23/26. 🎓
