Europe changed its clocks last Sunday. The US changes this Sunday. For one week, every transatlantic meeting is quietly an hour off. Time of Meeting follows each city's own daylight saving rules for the date you pick. No account, nothing to sign up for. timeofmeeting.com

ElNinoTrack | New from U-Things: ElNinoTrack is a free tracker of NOAA’s official El Niño numbers, explained in plain words. One page, a weekly email, no hype. For anyone whose plans, crops, travel or budget depend on the weather. elninotrack.com

ElNinoTrack | “Record El Niño” headlines are half right. Weekly Niño-3.4: +3.4°C (Oct 21), highest since 1981. RONI, CPC’s ruler for “historic”: +1.69°C (Jul–Sep), bar is +2.5. Same ocean, two rulers. Next check: CPC, Nov 12. elninotrack.com/news

Time of Meeting finds the fairest meeting time across time zones, so nobody always gets the 6 a.m. call. It now has an MCP server too, so your AI agent can ask the same question you would. Same answer, fewer "wait, is that your morning or mine?" timeofmeeting.com

Our beta testers are now test-driving Flows for APEX 21.1. This release is just amazing. Unbelievable that we achieved so much with such a small team of experts. We even have something for devs working in the dark! 😎#orclapex #flowsforapex
