Most outbound problems are buyer problems. The list was wrong, so nobody replied. 8 questions I answer before any campaign, on one page. Reply PROFILE and I'll send it.

3 follow-ups, zero new information: "Just bumping this." "Following up on my last message." "Any thoughts?" Better: each one adds a fact, a new question, or a polite way out. Then stop.

"Just bumping this" asks them to do your work. Every follow-up should add one new thing: a fact, a question, or a way out.

1/ Most bad outreach fails one of 3 checks before the first word is written: fit, timing, reason.

4/ Reason. One line on why you are writing now. "You fit my ICP" is my reason, not theirs.

5/ Fit but no timing? Do not delete them. Watch them. That is next month's pipeline.

Experiment: my posts here feed my own lead finder. Every Friday for 30 days I will share what it found from people who engaged. How many fit, how many replied. Good or bad.

The best first line is the signal itself. 6 openers, one per buying signal. Under 25 words each, one question, no pitch. Reply OPENERS and I'll send them.

Hiring signal: Saw your team is hiring for [role]. Is the priority coverage, pipeline quality, or both? Role change: Congrats on the new role. What is the first pipeline gap you want to solve? Tool complaint: Your point about [tool pain] stood out. What part still takes the most time? Recommendation request: Saw you are looking for [tool]. What is missing from your current setup? Category discussion: Your take on [topic] caught my eye. What has worked best for your team? Buyer pain: You mentioned [pain]. How are you handling it today?

Paste a URL. Get a buyer profile and a first message draft. You choose the signals to watch. Nothing sends until you turn it on.

AI should not help you send more messages. It should help you send fewer, at the right time, with a real reason.

Your warmest leads already raised their hand: 1. profile viewers who fit 2. people who comment on your posts 3. new company-page followers 4. commenters on creators your buyers follow Message them before any cold list.

I get 5 cold messages like this a week and reply to none: "I came across your profile and was impressed by your background. We help SaaS companies 10x their pipeline. 15 minutes this week?" Rewrite: "Saw your post about LinkedIn limits. Are you pacing sends by week or by day?" One reason. One question.

LinkedIn restrictions come from the pattern, not the message. What we do: - 14-day warm-up from the first real send - weekly limits, not daily - spread over 5 business days - only in working hours - withdraw stale invites - auto-pause on pushback

1/ A list of 5,000 "VP Sales" is not a pipeline. It is 5,000 people who did not ask to hear from you this week. 5 signals you can check by hand in 20 minutes a day:

6/ "Looking for an alternative" posts. The most direct signal there is. Search "{competitor} alternative".

7/ Check these 5 every morning. Or let an agent check all 13.
