Did you know ? “The UK's big four high street banks made a combined total of £29 billion in pre-tax profits during the first “6 months” of 2026”. £29 billion profit in “6 months” let that sink in. #Budget2026

Oh well Paul Hutcheon will have enough time to write about the legacy of Joani Reid.

BBC Scotland is so anti-SNP that even a demand from the SNP Govt for a review of the decision to scrap the BBC Scotland channel is stone last on the station's website.

Brexit supporter & HoL member, Ian Botham on Sky News… Do you think Brexit is working? “I don’t know enough if I’m truthful about it. I voted for Brexit & still would have it. We need to get our independence. No one has ever conquered this country so let’s keep it that way”

The Largs shop owner, and former Tory candidate, who berated Stephen Flynn after her shop was flooded spoke to BBC Scotland last year about drains being covered by tarmac. A work order to remove it was raised by Amey as a priority after the firm was contacted by BBC Scotland. So, was the work carried out? The article also says staff now remove stock off the floor every night and place sandbags down in the hope it will prevent possible damage. Was this done prior to the storm? Given the focus on Toni Dawson by the BBC and STV and the subsequent media attacks on Stephen Flynn, this story needs further examination. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cx2n…

Who in any other country whether you are First Minister, Prime Minister etc do you get asked by a journalist how much is your travel cost when you go on a business trip to another country, cheap and nasty journalism, absolutely disgraceful from the BBC. #DefundTheBBC
Lucy Whyte has just conducted one of the most tabloid and shallow interviews we've ever heard on BBC Scotland. What should be an interview about the FM's trip to India turns into a trolling session that never lets up. She just goads and goads and goads. Infantile trash.

The Cypriots should be concerned about this, it’s not all about money and the economy.
Israeli tourism in Cyprus is surging, with nearly 600,000 trips by Israelis last year and growing investment across industries. Cypriots say the influx is threatening local businesses and pushing communities out of their neighbourhoods. Al Jazeera’s Nils Adler reports.

Deny, deflect and then expose what you really are by ending up in a car crash interview

This utterly ridiculous claim from Labour govt, has been said before, from the tories years ago, and it didn't work then.. It's the typical gaslighting approach, to put fear into the public, as a political tactic to stop people focusing on their politically incompetent abilities

Some people can barely afford a week’s shopping let alone stockpiling the stuff, so if there’s a disaster or we are attacked militarily the poorest in society have had it, out of touch the bloody lot of them.
“Be ready by having some everyday essentials… three litres of water per person per day, tinned goods... to last a few days” Speaking to @vicderbyshire, Defence Secretary Wes Streeting details advice to households to be prepared for a “dangerous and turbulent world”. #Newsnight
