@StarbucksUK I ordered a soy iced caramel latte (which was first made in MY reusable cup with regular milk- which is gross), was then changed but can you please confirm whether the caramel sauce topping (that is used on fraps etc not the coffee syrup) has milk ingredients in? 1/2

@StarbucksUK I always thought the sauce had milk derivatives in it, and they usually ask if you want it in cold drinks but I wasn't asked now I'm sat here with a drink and unsure if I can actually still drink it :( 2/2

WOWWWWE @EMTrains are so ludicrously inefficient with their payments for Delay Repay. Convenient aye? Glad I'll hopefully never have to use them after I move to London in the Summer, more hassle than it's worth.

@EMTrains Hi, had a delay on the 20:10 service to Nottingham from St Pancras last night, and I will be using the delay repay system online to claim my ticket. However, as the train arrived to Nottingham 2 hours and 40 minutes late, I had to buy a taxi trip home as the train 1/2

@EMTrains arrived in at 01:42 instead of 22:05.Woman on the train said it was possible to claim for my taxi, as I would have got a tram home costing £1,but obviously I missed the last tram home because of the ridiculously late train.How do I go about doing this? 2/2
