While 2.3.9 was supposed to fix High Sierra spinning ball issues, it apparently still doesn’t work for everyone.

Startupizer 2.3.7 released, addressing WiFi startup conditions handling and 10.9 compatibility. gentlebytes.com/blog/2016/10…
Therefore wrapping WiFi was postponed for 2.3.7. Already have working solution, what remains is testing and small touches
Fixing Sierra performance took greater priority as more and more folks were affected, so released 2.3.6 asap, even with known WiFi issue
For those affected with WiFi network conditions downgrade on Startupizer 2.3.6: solution is in progress, should be available within few days

Found a solution for Startupizer Sierra slowdowns, currently testing, if all is fine will issue update in the following days!
Identified problematic area for Startupizer, though didn't find solution yet... Will provide temp build if it'll take longer - stay tuned!
