23 October 1995: Queen released "Heaven For Everyone" in the UK, the breathtaking lead single from their final studio album "Made in Heaven." 🌟💛 This beautiful song was originally written by Roger Taylor for his band The Cross in 1987. When Freddie Mercury visited the studio, he absolutely fell in love with it and told Roger, "Oh God, you gotta let me sing this!" Roger later recalled: "This song had some good stuff about love and dignity; the usual antiwar thing. When Freddie sings a song, you realize your own limits and how much further he could take a song vocally."
