The bottom line @americanairlines if I want to book another flight so I don’t lose my original fare, you’re going to charge me another $200!! That’s a rip off. You’re not flexible like @SouthwestAir

Unlike friendly and flexible Southwest who doesn’t charge you a rebooking fee, American Airlines #AmericanAirlines, after I cancelled my flight, is going to charge me $200, to rebook a flight! This is why I don’t fly the big US carriers they refuse to change with the times
