huge update: Ondo @OndoPerps Points now rewards referrals
refer traders, earn 5% of the trading points they generate - no cap on how many people you bring in
and it’s retroactive. if you already referred people, those points count too, backdated to the start of the program
this is on top of the 5M points dropped weekly to Perps traders in Season 1
been bringing people to Ondo Perps for a while now, this just made it even better

all of this is made possible by Ondo’s tech - permissionless RWA perps with the liquidity and infra to actually run a clean hedge against
shoutout @vooi_io their delta-neutral arb bots found this spread before I did, automated across 8+ DEXs and CEXs. let the bot find the opportunity, you just hedge and collect

The next big unlock in tokenization might not be more assets. It might be better liquidity.
A tokenized stock is only as useful as the infrastructure behind it:
→ How efficiently can it be minted and redeemed?
→ How deep is the liquidity?
→ How easily does capital move between traditional and onchain markets?
→ What can holders actually do with it?
@OndoFinance is building around exactly those questions. Through its integration with Alpaca’s Instant Tokenization Network, approved institutions can convert existing shares into Ondo Stocks tokens and redeem them for the underlying shares. Instead of funding token creation entirely with cash, they can put existing share inventory to work. The goal is more efficient capital movement, tighter spreads and deeper secondary liquidity.
Tokenization doesn’t beat traditional finance by putting assets on a blockchain. It has to make them easier to access, move and use.
Ondo spans tokenized stocks, onchain portfolios, private-market exposure and derivatives. That’s a much bigger vision than tokens that track stock prices.
The assets are the starting point. The infrastructure is where it gets interesting.

most investors focus on the companies that make it to the stock market.
but some of the biggest opportunities are built long before an IPO.
@OndoFinance says 87% of U.S. companies generating over $100M in annual revenue are still privately held.
that's a massive market most everyday investors rarely get access to.
ondo is going after it.
ondo private markets brings tokenized exposure to private companies onchain, starting with AI, with robotics, biotech, cybersecurity and infrastructure among the sectors planned next.
why this matters:
→ access economic exposure before companies go public
→ trade eligible tokenized notes on secondary markets 24/7
→ move beyond treasuries and public equities into private-market opportunities
these aren't direct shares or shareholder rights. they're tokenized notes linked to a company's economic performance, with eligibility and liquidity risks to consider.
but zoom out.
ondo is expanding from treasuries and public stocks into portfolios and now private markets.
this is more than tokenization. it's about expanding the range of financial opportunities that can exist onchain.
if private-market exposure becomes easier to access and trade, Ondo could be positioning itself at the intersection of traditional finance and the next phase of onchain investing.
still early. still risks. but the market they're targeting is enormous.
i'm bullish on the direction.

while i traded for months to earn my variational points, 10,000 wallets are eligible for free variational points on @variational_io
only 830 have claimed. unclaimed rewards get burned before TGE
if you’ve ever traded on Hyperliquid, Lighter, Aster, dYdX or any other perp dex - you might already have points waiting, you don't need to struggle like i did
how to check:
go to omni.variational.io/?ref=OMN…
then; omni.variational.io/trader-r…
tiers you can claim:
Dolphin - 20 pts ($1M volume)
Shark - 200 pts ($5M volume)
Orca - 500 pts ($10M volume)
Whale - 1,500 pts ($25M volume)
Leviathan - 3,000 pts ($50M volume)
what those points are worth (10.3M total supply, 32% to points):
at $1B FDV → $31/pt
Dolphin = $620
Shark = $6.2k
Orca = $15.5k
Whale = $46k
Leviathan = $93k
at $2B FDV → $62/pt
Leviathan = $186k
the cheapest way to hit your volume milestone is through Swaps - US100 has the tightest spread on the platform

txflow @TxFlow_L1 just opened builder codes. this changes the farm
frontends, bots and wallets can now plug in and earn fees on the flow they bring. that means tread.fi, MM bots and execution terminals are coming
more flow is great for txflow. it’s not great for manual clickers
once bots are routing size 24/7, volume-based point efficiency for the rest of us gets squeezed
two things i take from this:
- the best time to click txflow is now, before the bots arrive
- volume alone won’t save you. OI and consistency also score in S1, so keep a decent hedged position open at all times
and the bigger picture: builder codes mean more venues, more volume and more fees flowing through txflow. i wouldn’t be surprised if that pushes the value of each point up
click now, hold OI, stay delta neutral
5% off fees; app.txflow.com/r/TXGIVENO
Builder Code lets you earn fees from the trading activity your app brings to TxFlow.
Frontends, bots, and wallet integrations can set fees within user-approved caps, with one builder code across perps and outcome markets.

Personally, for me the perps winners are already in just like CEX is dominated by just the top 3
@HyperliquidX , @Lighter_xyz and @variational_io will keep grabbing the entire market share going forward regardless of how many new launches we have.
The best long term play is to keep accumulating those spot bags of the said 3 and play it long.
Like I’ve always said, @variational_io , thanks to the flawless execution by the team and the aligned long term incentives interms of tokenomics, will always be a great play all through 2027.
Others can keep fighting for the remaining slots
Decent mentions
@extendedapp (blew a huge momentum due to slow execution, I hope they get it right eventually.
@pacifica_fi such an amazing UI/UX plus team is always shipping.
Don’t get farmed by greedy teams if you don’t have clear edge.
Majority of new perp dexs = L2s of last cycle. Overbuilt and unnecessary.
I don’t see 0.035% fee and 0.02% spreads models as remotely competitive. Only attracting farmers in hope of future rewards (which prob won’t happen).
I was very optimistic in Jan that there would be a few more successful platforms after Lighter. Which has proven to be true with Vari and hopefully Pacifica and Extended. Don’t believe the same is true for 2027.
Some realize this already like Risex which is going no fee (this is a positive development). Also seeing it with all the free USDC rewards to attract users (and then drop off afterwards).
I’m starting to believe vari could be my last perp dex farm (will switch to funding and other strategies).
Unless there are new innovative models esp on token / point structures that pay to use but not sure we will see new product innovations. I was hopeful paper could be an interesting catalyst for reimagining bootstrapping but the recent announcement has been very negative. We will see what is next.

another deep dive with @variational_io founder lucas @variational_lvs, alongside max @0xMGB and andy @andyyy from the rollup @therollupco - this time on variational pro, institutional derivatives, and why the opportunity could be much bigger than retail perps.
pulled out everything that stood out
this one goes deep. Pro isn't a feature. it's a separate product targeting a market most of crypto hasn't even thought about
> the bigger picture: omni has cleared $400B in cumulative trading volume, but lucas believes pro could eventually become a bigger business
the institutional derivatives market is enormous, with roughly $850T in outstanding OTC derivatives cited during the space. yet much of this market still relies on manual quoting, phone calls, paperwork and slow settlement.
> what variational pro actually does: automates institutional derivatives trading
institutions can request quotes from multiple counterparties, compare pricing, and use onchain infrastructure for trade execution, margining, clearing and settlement.
think options, structured products, interest rate derivatives, FX and other markets that go far beyond standard crypto perps.
> why stablecoins matter: payments were just the beginning
stablecoins have already demonstrated the value of moving money 24/7. variational wants to apply that same logic to institutional derivatives, using stablecoins and smart contracts to modernise massive, inefficient markets.
> solving the liquidity problem: going top-down
lucas says variational is working with institutional partners on both liquidity and initial trading flow. omni's growth and $400B in cumulative cleared volume give the team an existing foundation to build on.
> omni's roadmap: still plenty to ship
swaps are already driving a significant share of activity across many products, with more markets, API access and public mainnet on the roadmap. lucas also said the team is in the final stretch of TGE preparation, which has been publicly targeted for Q4.
> the pro roadmap: 2027 could be the next major chapter
the team is laying the groundwork to bring institutional derivatives and OTC trading onchain. the goal isn't simply to build another exchange, but to automate how large financial institutions negotiate, execute and settle trades.
> lucas's biggest statement: Pro will eventually be a larger business than Omni
not a side product. not a feature add. the thesis all along was bringing institutional derivatives on-chain. Omni proved the protocol. Pro is where it scales
2027 = first real steps. partnerships being built now in the background
> TGE and what's coming in Q4:
- swaps already at 70-80% of daily volume
- API coming soon
- public mainnet coming soon
- hundreds of additional swap markets in the pipeline
- team is deep in the final stretch, hasn't slept
> the biggest takeaway: this is much bigger than crypto perps
omni is the retail layer. pro targets the institutional OTC market, a market that dwarfs everything crypto perps have ever done.
if variational executes on both, this isn’t a perp dex anymore. it’s infrastructure for a global shift of financial markets onchain.
lucas: “we’re in the final innings. be more bullish.”
Pro + Omni + $1B+ TradFi hedging capacity + stablecoin adoption at scale = the pieces are in place
some interesting funding spreads showing up today on @popdex_ @variational_io @TxFlow_L1
cross-venue funding is cooling off, but the durable spreads are still there
best opportunities on my radar:
$EIGEN - 20.1% APR | TxFlow → Variational
$ETHFI - 19.6% APR | TxFlow → Variational
$CC - 19.4% APR | TxFlow → Variational
$XPL - 19.4% APR | TxFlow → Variational
$ICP - 19.1% APR | TxFlow → Variational
$WLD - 18.3% APR | TxFlow → PopDEX
$AR - 18.1% APR | TxFlow → Variational
the ones catching my eye:
$EIGEN. 96% sustainability, $258k OI. top APR and top sustainability on the same pair, which doesn’t happen often
$ETHFI. 85% sustainability with $315k OI behind it
$XPL. 93% sustainability and the deepest OI at $365k, but spread risk is high so size carefully
$CC. the only low spread risk on the board, 81% sustainability, $34k OI
$BLUR topped the board at 154% overnight and it’s already gone. that’s why i don’t chase the headline number
not every high APR is a good trade. check the entry, liquidity and whether the spread can survive long enough to cover your costs

$ZEC - 27.2% APR | TxFlow → PopDEX
$ADA - 26.6% APR | TxFlow → Variational
$KLAC - 26.2% APR | Variational → TxFlow
the ones catching my eye:
$JUP. 99% sustainability, $244k OI. the most consistent spread on the board, but spread risk is high so size carefully
$ETC. 93% sustainability with a 1.4d break-even, the fastest payback of the high-sustainability names
$KLAC. 92% sustainability and the only low spread risk on the list, but OI is thin ($3.4k), so keep it small
$PLUME. 89% sustainability, $73k OI, a solid middle ground
$ZEC has the deepest OI at $793k, but only 51% sustainability. it pays half the time, which isn’t a hold
$EWJ’s 634.9% is the headline, but i’d want to see its sustainability before touching it. big APR, unknown durability

leveraged long or short on OpenAI, pre-IPO, on-chain - this is actually insane
this is a separate market from the OpenAI Private Market Note (OPAIPon) they launched earlier this month:
→ OPENAI perp = leveraged directional exposure to the perp’s price, up to 3x
→ OPAIPon spot = 1:1 tokenized exposure to the actual private shares
you can now go long, short, or structure a hedge on one of the most valuable private companies on earth, 24/7, permissionlessly

for funding farmers this isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s the whole trade
i run daily checks across my whole book. 12 hedged pairs, all matched. but on 4 of them (XAU, QQQ, BNB, POL) my report can only count variational’s side of funding, because txflow doesn’t show it on the position
so my net funding is understated, and i’m pulling txflow numbers by hand/manually to fix it
what would solve it:
funding paid / collected per position

txflow points are out. now the big question is: what could they be worth?
i'm currently sitting at 902 points | estimated top 4.24%.
let's run a few hypothetical valuation scenarios.
→ $225M FDV: approximately $1,800
→ $1B FDV: approximately $8,118
these are illustrative estimates, not guaranteed airdrop values.
the actual outcome depends on txflow's token allocation, total eligible points, distribution rules and eventual valuation.
nobody knows the final numbers yet.
that's why i'm focused on accumulating points efficiently instead of counting hypothetical profits before they exist.
i'm pairing txflow with other perp DEXs, monitoring funding and open interest, and keeping my farming costs under control.
farm the points. understand the economics. don't count the airdrop before it lands.
what FDV are you realistically expecting for txflow?

TxFlow S1 points are out! Here’s my strategy going forward
902 points. Top 4.24%.
I’m not manufacturing volume for a leaderboard. I’m farming efficiently, managing risk and keeping costs under control.
Why @TxFlow_L1
→ 150+ perp markets across crypto, stocks, ETFs and commodities
→ a vision spanning perps, spot and prediction markets
→ community-first approach
→ a team with BloFin and TokenInsight experience
The infrastructure being built is the real opportunity.
Know the points before chasing them
→ 1.25M points/week for trading
→ 152K points/week for referrals
→ rewards weighted by volume, OI, consistency, fees and other activity
→ season began Oct 12, running to Q1 2027 at the latest
What you spend to earn points matters as much as the points.
My playbook: trade the relationship, not just direction
→ gold: XAU/XAUT spreads
→ oil: Brent/WTI relative pricing
→ correlated pairs: BTC/ETH, QQQ/SPY
→ cross-DEX: hedge across TxFlow and another venue
None of it is risk-free. Spreads widen, funding flips, hedges break.
Pairing with PopDEX and Variational
Different venues offer different funding, liquidity and costs. I’d rather earn fewer points at a controlled cost than chase a big number and end up underwater.
Metrics I track
→ OI, not just volume
→ funding earned vs. paid
→ fees and slippage
→ points per dollar spent
→ consistency across the campaign
Volume is easy to manufacture. Sustainable, profitable activity isn’t. The manual-trading phase is a chance to refine the process before automation tightens competition.
If you’re farming S1, don’t just ask how many points you can earn. Ask what it costs, and whether the strategy still works without a future airdrop.

$300B in volume. new RWA execution tools. and print is opening up a new lane for builders

$300B total volume

RFQ orders live on all RWA markets
request a quote, review the price, then trade. less slippage, more price certainty and extra liquidity for bigger size
print builder program live
builders earn 10% of eligible positive realised print yield, plus perp builder fees when print orders open positions. both can apply to the same order, and users keep their full yield
video PnL cards live
share your trades across CT with your ref code built in
the builder program is the one i’m watching. print is essentially options-style exposure, and the demand for builder codes already shows people want access to it
pacifica isn’t just chasing volume. it’s stacking new products on top of the perps engine and paying builders to bring the flow
that’s how you outlast the points meta
we keep swimming 🌊
ref: giveno | app.pacifica.fi
while ct argues about points rules every other week, pacifica @pacifica_fi just keeps shipping
i think people are sleeping on this team
1. neptune is a big deal
an ai-powered trading workspace, now in private alpha. the whole trading workflow in one place:
→ research markets with an ai agent
→ build strategies in plain language
→ backtest against historical data
→ create custom workflows and tools
→ eventually automate parts of your trading
no more jumping between charts, notebooks and scripts
2. shipping back to back
- withdrawal 2fa and new privacy options
- customizable ai context: positions, balances, trade history, indicators
- strategy backtesting
- a skills library you can expand with your own tools
- copy-trading workflows with your own sizing, leverage and risk controls
this team isn’t waiting for the next bull market
3. the product is seriously underrated
one thing i genuinely appreciate about pacifica is the UI/UX.
the interface feels smooth, intuitive and polished. it's one of the few trading interfaces i'd put in the same conversation as hyperliquid in terms of overall product experience and that matters more than people think.
traders care about execution, usability, speed and how easily they can manage their positions.
a great product gives people a reason to stay beyond points and incentives.
4. no vcs, lean team
what makes this even more interesting is that pacifica has been building with a lean team and without the conventional VC funding backing that many competitors rely on.
think about the amount of product development happening while operating with those constraints.
a lean team that can consistently ship, listen to users and improve its product can be seriously underrated by the market.
if they keep executing at this pace, the market could eventually have to reassess what pacifica is capable of becoming.
5. why i’m still bullish
my thesis was never just about points. it’s the team, the product and the pace
i'm watching the team, the product, the pace of development and the potential to build something that traders actually want to use.
neptune could eventually make pacifica more than just another perp dex.
imagine an ecosystem where traders can research, test strategies, build custom tools and execute trades within a connected workflow.
that's a much bigger ambition than simply competing for perp volume.
zooming out
- a polished trading experience.
- consistent shipping.
- an expanding ai trading stack.
- a lean team that keeps building.
the thesis remains the same
pacifica is a dark horse, and i think people will only realise what they’ve built after tge
