The ADAC (a German ICE lobby association) makes a technical inspection of a 10-year-old 2013 Model S with 1,634,418 km ( 1,015,320 mi) on the Odometer, here is the result: A rather weak braking force on the front brake wheel suspension should be replaced. According to the owner who continuously complained that Elon never congratulated him, these defects are not from the vehicle but from an accident with a wooden wedge. The first set of shock absorbers has lasted 900,000 km and the second one has been in use for 700,000 km. The front axle also had to be repaired in the past because of a broken wishbone. However, the Model S has also been on the road with the set of brakes for about 500,000 kilometers Battery and drive unit have been exchanged but taken over by Tesla under warranty. The remaining battery capacity is 79%. Considering the age and mileage and who made the inspection, an excellent result. Video in German youtube.com/watch?v=X-2u2Zus…
