Sun Tzu looks at why private intimacy remains the ultimate operational vulnerability:
When the news broke on 24 September 2026 that the veteran musician Moses Matovu had been killed during the wee hours in Kibuli, a Kampala suburb, at the home of Rose Tumusiime, the public conversation immediately focussed on personal betrayal and sudden late night arguments.
People treated it as another tragic, isolated domestic incident.
The ancient strategist stood by the window, looking out over the quiet hills of Kampala, and shook his head gently.
If a single warrior falls in a dark alley, you may call it bad luck.
If four prominent men across nearly 30 years meet their end in the exact same environment during the exact same hours, you're no longer looking at random domestic tragedy.
You're looking at a structural flaw in human posture.
The security analyst pulled up the records on his tablet.
In May 1997, rally driver Gerald Kiddu was gunned down in Bunga at the house of Harriet Kansiimire.
A few years later in Rubaga, the Ebonies actor Paul Katende was shot dead shortly after dropping off Harriet Nalubwama.
On 10 November 2009, General James Kazini, a former army commander who spent his life studying military tactics, was killed in Wabigalo at the home of Lydia Draru.
And now, in September 2026, musician Moses Matovu of the famous Afrigo Band lies dead in Kibuli.
The analyst admitted that the public always focuses on the relationship, the argument, or the woman involved.
That's because people prefer emotional explanations over structural mechanics, the strategist observed.
Strip away the names, the professions, and the personal drama.
What must be true underneath for defensive strength to vanish completely?
What actually constitutes effective defence?
Defence relies on three basic conditions, the analyst replied.
Spatial control, where you dictate who enters the perimeter.
Temporal unpredictability, where an adversary doesn't know where you'll be at a specific hour.
And active posture, where you maintain guards, weapons, or early warning networks.
Now look at what happens when a prominent man visits a private home for intimate reasons during late night hours, the strategist said.
Every single one of those three conditions isn't just weakened; it's deliberately dismantled by the target himself.
To secure privacy, he hides his destination from his own guards.
He moves into an off grid space where he doesn't control the entry points.
He arrives during the wee hours, creating a static, predictable time window where help is distant and escape is narrow.
Finally, he disarms himself or lowers his guard because intimacy requires complete vulnerability.
He hands over full conditional awareness to the host and the room.
The analyst absorbed the breakdown.
It's an operational paradox.
The target assumes that secrecy creates safety.
He thinks that by hiding his movement from the public and his official detail, he's protecting himself.
But in reality, hiding from your own protective apparatus transfers total asymmetric power to whatever threat exists inside or outside that room.
Consider General Kazini, the strategist said quietly.
On the battlefield, he understood terrain, command networks, and defensive depth.
He wouldn't step into an unreconnoitred valley at night without outposts.
Yet in Wabigalo, he entered a tight domestic room during the early hours, isolated from his command structure, leaving himself with zero reaction time.
The environment itself stripped away his military capability long before any physical strike occurred.
So the vulnerability isn't created by the physical weapon or even the identity of the killer, the analyst noted.
The room itself is the operational trap.
Whether the threat is a host with a blunt instrument, an armed intruder waiting outside, or a third party exploiting the location, the target has already constructed the perfect conditions for his own neutralisation.
Yes, the strategist agreed.
An adversary seeking to eliminate a high profile figure in public faces high friction.
There are bodyguards, vehicles, public surveillance, and active counterfire.
But inside an unmonitored home during the wee hours, friction drops to zero.
The target has done the adversary's work in advance.
He isolated himself, disarmed himself, locked the door from the inside, and ensured that no alarm would sound until it was too late.
The analyst reflected on the broader implication for public figures and operational planning.
We keep classifying these events as domestic homicides or crimes of passion.
But from a systemic perspective, that classification hides the mechanism.
Intimacy functions as an unfortified, off grid operational target zone.
Until men in authority realise that privacy isn't the absence of danger, but the complete surrender of defensive depth, the pattern will repeat, the strategist said as he turned back to the window.
The ultimate operational vulnerability isn't a failure of intelligence or armour.
It's the belief that you can step outside the laws of terrain simply because you stepped inside the house of a friend.

Multiple prominent male public figures in Kampala were killed during late-night hours at the homes of female friends between 1997 and 2026.

This happens a lot. Especially those of us who grew in a face me I face you neighbourhood... Fear women ooo
There is something I want to say with regards to the man who betrayed his best friend by sleeping with his intended wife.
In our conversation, he said that the man and the lady broke up many time within a year.
And that it was his friend who was always going back to beg her.
Without making any excuses for him, I want to say that the reason the girl was bold enough to cheat on him with his best friend is partly because of that.
He repeatedly showed weakness and the inability to walk away from a relationship that clearly, the lady was being begged to remain in.
For some other men who are fond of behaving this way, it may not be your friend that she will sleep with, but be rest assured that the probability of her cheating on you will be high.
His best friend is not the only one that she's cheating with.
And truth is, she still is not expecting to be the wife of her man.
When he proposes, she may reject the proposal because she knows what is amidst.
If she accepts the proposal, then he is in for a long thing.
And that's when she will start to manipulate his best friend and will continue to sleep with him, too.
Just this morning, a man sent me a DM related to the story.
In his case, it was the wife of a very good customer of his.
The man so patronized his business and he made fortune from it.
But when his wife made passes at him, he turned her down.
He didn't tell her husband.
But he noticed that the man completely stopped coming to his shop and even patronizing him.
He knew why that happened but he decided to forget it and moved on, since his conscience was clear.
So here is what I will advise any man that may be unfortunate to find himself in similar situations.
Once you notice that the wife or girlfriend of someone that is close to you, or your customer in business is moving towards you, please try to get evidence of either chat messages, voice calls or voice recording.
Women hate rejection.
And when you reject their advances, they can flip it on you.
Not all men have the discernment or maturity to completely ignore you, or doubt their women's side of the story.
Should they confront you, you'll now be able to bring out your evidence and save yourself.
End.

Dear wives,
If you catch your husband cheating on you, you have the right to be angry.
But you don't have the right to cheat back.
This is what you may wish to do:
Before you confront him, make sure that you have prepared his meal.
Then you serve him.
Wait until he finishes the food.
Then you go sit close to him, rubbing his head and chest, gently.
Look straight into his eyes with a wicked smile.
"My darling husband, I see that you enjoyed the food. But I must tell you this: I was not happy with you when I was preparing the food, because you're cheating on me. Don't try to deny it because I have proof (don't tell him what proof you have). Please don't do it again. "
Kiss his forehead, pack the plates and go to bed or get busy with other things.
Your husband will be praying that you did not poison the food.
Do not confront him, and do not discuss it again, with him.
His conscience will continue to preeq him until he finds a way to apologise.
But do not expect him to say:
"My lovely wife, I am sorry that I cheated on you. I won't do it again."
As a wife, you should be able to recognize when your husband is apologizing without necessarily saying it verbatim.
I didn't write this post for you immature minds.
Or you holier than thous.
If the post no clear for your head, walka and pass.
That doesn't mean that you should not disagree.
Just disagree with sense and decorum.
End.

Normally, that is how it should be. If person go and rush submit to prove a point, one will regret the decision.

Last year, a supposed daughter of mine told me she was interested in one of my sons abroad.
He’s a single father of 2 beautiful boys as the wife ran away with her ex boyfriend after taking her abroad.
After forth and back, I told the guy and they started dating.
This morning my son sent me a voice note my supposed daughter sent to him.
In the Voicenote she was telling him they need to stop telling me about their relationship that she doesn’t trust me.
She said she only trust her mother and her mother’s Alfa. The mother also spoke in the voicenote that she’s informed the Alfa and he asked my son to call him.
My informed me so I told him to play along.
He requested for his number and they sent it and he called the Alfa.
The Alfa told him that they need to do spiritual work for him to cleans him that I’ve tied him that he will only be listening to him and can never make any decisions on his own.
He recorded everything and sent it to me. I told him to proceed, so he called the girl and told her he’s ready to be freed from me.
They called the Alfa together and he sent them a list of unknown items needed for the cleansing and everything would cost N2.4m. (Two million four hundred thousand naira).
He asked for an account number and they sent it, I sent the account details to a friend and we checked and saw that the account belongs to her mother.
I’ve called the girl and her mother to thank them and my son has instructed his sisters to send the girl out of his house.
He’ll be coming to Nigeria Next month to collect everything in her Possession.

You have heard it said…
“Your greatest enemy is someone out there.”
But I say unto you…
Sometimes, the greatest terror in your life is the person you see in the mirror.
Not because you’re evil.
But because of the excuses you keep believing.
Imagine hiring a bodyguard whose job is to protect you, but every night he secretly unlocks the front door for thieves.
That’s what self-sabotage does.
Fear.
Procrastination.
Pride.
Laziness.
Refusing correction.
No enemy can do as much damage as the habits we keep defending.
Before asking, “Who is against me?”
Ask yourself:
“In what ways have I become a terror to myself?”
Sometimes, the prison we’re trying to escape is one we’ve been quietly building, brick by brick.❤️

Sold all my properties, and kept the proceeds from it in a joint account with my then babe when we both finished Uni.
I sold them because I didn't know what the place to go, plus I don't like moving around with loads.
On the norms, it was sure that life would be okay for both of us.
But...
I kept the money so we don't depend on parents for little things like applications and transportation for interviews.
And to continue dropping a portion of our salaries when we eventually get a placement.
She was lucky to get a placement where she was earning 160k+ monthly.
While I stayed 5 months extra without a place.
Within these 5 months, I was working in a place where I was paid 30k per month.
In the joint account, I accessed it with USSD and got alerts via email.
While she accessed it through the app, and got alerts via text.
As soon as she calculated that my money had finished in the account, she denied me access to the account.
Yeah, think and assume all you want to assume.
But I did absolutely nothing.
And not for once did I expect that she could do something like that.
I got to know when I needed to borrow money from the account, reached out, and she gave me the go-ahead.
But was continually bounced back.
Within one year, she pleaded that we redo it after she saw that I could make her entire 6 months' salary in 1 month.
And I want to say this:
The day a woman stops seeing you as a leader is the day you stop being that man.
Especially in the core areas where a man is meant to lead.
Let me say this to married men.
If you lose your job and you have some savings that you want to use to start a business so as to sustain your family.
Please do not invest in your wife's business with the hope that it would bring in more money to be sustaining the home.
Go and look for something to do with your savings to be providing for your family by yourself.
You don't invest in your wife's business when you do not have yours.
Unless she is willing to make you a share holder and have control over what happens in the business.
End.
