my therapist said βpeople who struggle with anxiety & depression can't remember a lot, bc they're too busy focusing on how to get through each moment so they don t actually experience what is happening to them, causing them to not form the memory they were supposed toβ felt that.

I love seeing couples who are actual best friends w/ each other. Not a relationship based solely on duty & societal expectations but one based on mutual understanding, laughter, shared experiences, shared interests & more. I genuinely think these are the happiest relationships.
