Social distancing is working. We took dramatic action. It is flattening the curve.
What we are all doing is having an impact.
We can’t stop now.
On the other hand, I had an outstanding response to calling for a refund from @Amtrak - quick, efficient and friendly. On a day when I'm guessing they had to deal with some upset customers. Great job 2/2
Another train trip cancelled- weather does that. A pain but nobody's fault. The worst part is dealing with this @Amtrak 'customer service' office @ Penn. Aggressive & rude. I'll happily provide training for free so nobody else is spoken to in this way. Appalling. 1/2

Last time I saw @RealTimBooth @wearejames before I moved here , they saved the disastrous Hope & Glory in Liverpool. After Bridgewater & Royal Albert Halls, Stockton, MEN, V, Delamere & a few more - really looking forward to finally seeing them in NYC tonight. Kinda excited
Looking forward to finally seeing @tferriss tonight. We wouldn't be living in NYC if it wasn't for him. it just shows, you never know the influence you can have on others. 👍
