Hey, when was the last time you sat down and asked yourself, what do I really want? You watch videos on Instagram and think, “Man, this is the kind of life I want to live. This is who I want to become.” But once the video ends, you go back to being the same person. You open social media, get distracted by other people’s lives, and lose sight of your own. Meanwhile, the things you should be working on are still waiting for you. And months later, you’re still in the same position, wondering why nothing has changed. So, what do you really want? What habits need to go? Who needs to go? What are you willing to sacrifice to become the person you want to be? You’ve spent three, four, five years chasing these goals. What if you gave yourself just five months of intentional, undivided commitment? Or one year of actually showing up for yourself? As long as you know you’ll survive, why not give it a try? Commit to yourself. Eliminate the distractions. Do the work, even when nobody is watching. So, I’ll ask you again: Who do you want to become, and what are you willing to let go of to become that person?
