Replying to @LycaMobileForUK
@LycaMobileForUK I hear you've got network problems today. My phone stopped receiving calls. I rebooted it, and it now answers calls - but if I'm not available, the caller gets transferred to an "you've dialled an incorrect number. Please check the number and dial again" (1/2)
.......message and not my voicemail.
Your customer service team knows there's a problem yet there's no public statement that you've got a technical problem - and not "service status" page on your webiste
Come on - up your game (2/2)
@LycamobileUK This is STILL not fixed. My voicemail STILL forwards to a random "+91" number that I can't change. This is after changing the sim, and trying it on 3 different android handsets.
What's going on?!
