If college athletes are going to start making millions, shouldn’t they pay for their own books and tuition?

Gerrit Cole, in my opinion one of the best starting pitchers in the game today, will get Tommy John Surgery tomorrow and miss the 2025 season.
I get asked all the time about my theories surrounding the torn UCL epidemic in today's game.
My thoughts? The pitchers are throwing too many pitches in their youth! When I was a kid, I played baseball during baseball season, and then played other sports throughout the year. Nowadays, kids are pitching year-round.
AS A GROWING BOY, THIS IS NOT HEALTHY FOR YOUR ARM.

Troy Aikman: “Oh come on. I mean he’s a runner and I could not disagree with that one more. He barely gets hit.” ESPN Rules Analyst Russell Yurk also comes in & agrees with Aikman on another bullshit call to protect Patrick Mahomes.
Absolute horseshit calls.

The #1 job of a coach is to build a culture.
1. ESTABLISH the culture you want
2. ENCOURAGE the culture you want
3. ENFORCE the culture you want.

Are you Coachable?
Coachable: “What can I do better?”
Uncoachable: “I already know this.”
Coachable: “I’ll take responsibility.”
Uncoachable: “It’s not my fault.”
Coachable: “I’ll put in the work.”
Uncoachable: “I don’t have time.”
