I quit my teaching job and now make more bartending for 15 less hours week. Also I get blamed for way way less and get told thank you way way more. No lesson plans or grading papers.

At first, learning about white supremacy can be confusing or challenging.
There’s a lot there, + it can be emotionally hard to realize one may have done or participated in something racist in the past (& still may slip up!).
That’s okay. The whole point is learning + improving.

A. I love kids.
B. I love teaching.
C. I work hard.
The real questions are:
A. Do you love all kids?
B. What are you really teaching?
C. What are you working hard to (maintain) do & for who?
