This is called NdiiCONomics. When you securitise the levy it means that the money cannot be used for its rightful purpose which is road maintenance. So to maintain roads you need to introduce another levy. Nonsense on stilts

Really? Is there actual GoK data to show how many EVs are registered and how much they've impacted fuel consumption? This may very well be a simple issue of fuel being too expensive hence impacting consumption. I mean traffic on the roads isn't what it used to be.

Hi Nyakundi... The new directive by KRA on new Marine cargo insurance seems to be affecting Cargo clearance at the port. Rumors has it that only one insurer( presidents) has been integrated onto the new system. All certificates issued on the AKI system are being declared invalid and are not being cleared. please raise this issue
