I’m still in desperate need of help. I keep getting worse and I have no one around here.
Please if you know someone who could help, my DMs are open. An RT would also help 🙏
I’m trying to survive. I’m just asking for someone I can count on for advocacy and support here.

Hi. I’ve been pretty disconnected from here lately. I’m not getting any better, and neither is my dad, who’s my only caregiver and is going through cancer treatment. I’m really alone in this, and I still desperately need support and advocacy. Please don’t ignore me. RTs can help!

I’ve been trying montelukast too, but so far nothing except even worse depression on top of my already shitty life. LDN seems to be helping with the brain fog at least, but still can’t do anything mentally strenuous without PEM. What else is there left to try? This is hell

Not just with ketotifen, but with pretty much every medication I try. Even when my dose is increased, the effect is never the same. There’s always this brief window where it seems to be working and then the effects wear off. It’s so frustrating and honestly, so hopeless

I’ve been taking ketotifen and at first it seemed to help with my fatigue and other symptoms. But like every medication I try, the effects seem to wear off after an initial improvement. I don’t understand why this keeps happening. Has anyone else experienced this?
I don’t even know if anyone reads my posts anymore. It feels like shouting into the void while I wait for death to come for me. But i’m so angry and so heartbroken for myself and everyone else living with these devastating illnesses. It’s not fair. It’s not fucking fair.
hEDS and ME communities, we need to talk more about the spinal issues associated with these conditions. How can complications this devastating be so poorly understood? There’s barely any medical literature on this!
I’m convinced that many people with severe and very severe ME have spinal and cervical spine issues that go unrecognised. Once you learn to recognise the symptoms, you start seeing them everywhere. This needs to be addressed!!
At the end of the day I genuinely feel like my connective tissue issues are what’s making my ME so much worse. My body is falling apart and so is my spine. But I’ll never be able to afford the surgery or the care I need, so I’m doomed to keep deteriorating with no way out

The past few months have been absolutely brutal. I’ve had to find strength in places where there was none left to find. I genuinely didn't think I’d make it through this year, and I still don’t know how I’m supposed to. It’s all too much
I wish I could be more present here because I’m so fucking lonely. I’m so lonely I feel like I’m going insane. But whatever little energy I have goes towards surviving, and I’m so tired of just surviving. I don’t know why I was put on this earth just to suffer
Please, if you see this and can help me in any way, don’t scroll past. Please 🤞
