Same graphic ➡️ new team:
🔵DePaul Prep (3-6) is the #37 seed and heads to Hampshire. Expect a tightly contested, physical game, and the Rams love a defensive battle. With a road win, they would play at Prospect.
🏈Scoring averages: Offense 14.2 / Defense 25.2
👀One player to watch: Halsted Bell and the Rams’ defensive front will be their key to victory
🟣Behind Enemy Lines: Hampshire
The Whip-Purs (5-4) host a playoff game for the first time in 20 years. They played one-score games at Jacobs and Central, who both appeared in Illinois Media’s polls at various times this season.
🗓️Schedule: Medium - 40 opponents’ wins, 2 ranked opponents, 1 RV
🏈Scoring averages: Offense 21.8 / Defense 21.0
🏆Best win: Week 5 vs. Dundee-Crown, 26-12
👀One player to watch: Sophomore CB/WR Jayden Avila
