K-pop Executives warned that if NewJeans could walk away from HYBE, the multibillion dollar K-pop industry might collapse.

NewJeans are being treated unfairly and subjected to pressure by the company simply because they asked to be treated with respect and allowed to continue working. The members are against AI and refusing to do things that go against their values

IMPORTANT: The ADOR vice president who was in office when the contract was signed was NOT the person Min Heejin brought in in 2021. He was a HYBE employee. A new vice president, chosen by Min Heejin, joined ADOR in 2023 ‼️

The New York Times article says HYBE's people took pictures of the girls before their debut (all minors, Hyein was 14) and suggested a couple of cosmetic procedures for them to get done. While it does not say whether they did them or not, this type of stuff is truly horrifying

Please, speak up about this. Please spread the word. These girls had their youth, dreams, and future taken away from them simply because they asked to be allowed to continue their careers instead of being thrown away

It's not just NewJeans. Your oppas and unnies are also under the same contract. (khan.co.kr/article/202611052…)
Secret K-Pop Deals: The Times obtained the contracts signed by the group NewJeans. They show how record labels keep a tight grip on K-pop stars. nyti.ms/4eLmX6g

Whats up with kpop stans thinking Min Hee Jin (and her shaman) can steal a company with 18% and overwrite a company standard contract? she just wanted her group to debut after so many delays and was pressured to sign a shit contract herself (khan.co.kr/article/202611052…)

Except she literally did not. She was also fucked over and was led onto to think she could renegotiate the terms of her OWN contract after her team's massive success, which was what led to this smear campaign that ppl like you keep falling for no matter the evidence.
Replying to @Sancochogurl @nytimes
What you dumb bunnies don't get is that no one is against them wanting to leave but how the made the whole issue about mhj,who literally came up with the contract
