And why am I so concerned about this? Because I know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of bullying. I know what it feels like to be belittled, undermined and made to question your own worth. No one should have to endure that in any workplace. I expect better from an industry that so often presents itself as progressive, compassionate and open. It has to foster cultures where people feel valued, supported and safe enough to speak up without fear. That isn't just good leadership. It's essential for the future of our industry.
