the most successful founders, investors, or creators i've met aren't the most talented
they're delusionally confident, they outwork everyone, and they love what they do
founder-led content will win
here's how we do it at @WisprFlow
Good talent is hard to find, and good opportunities are even harder. If you're one of the best creators, editors, designers, strategists or marketers out there, apply here: joincreativenetwork.com

the best people i know doubt themselves every day, are paranoid everyone's coming for them, yet certain they're going to win
all at the same time
it's never been easier to get started on socials and cut through the noise
everything is motivational slop or content about making content
if you have something to say and value to give you are at an unfair advantage
be wary
most people and agencies will push you toward vanity metrics (views and cheap cpms)
that's why i always recommend starting with paid
test your messaging and angles on cold traffic
once you find messaging that turns that cold traffic turns into paying users
you can take it to organic with way more confidence it'll convert
the best founders i've worked with treat everything that happens to them as a skill issue
the day you blame something outside yourself is the day you stop getting better
social media democratized attention which is why billion dollar media teams
keep getting cooked by a teen with an iphone and organic sense
everyone overcomplicates content
1. become an expert at one thing
2. then start posting on one platform
3. once you win add another
most people end up being mid on 5 platforms and experts at nothing
the reason so many lie about what they've done in growth and marketing
is because the people hiring don't know what it takes to succeed or what to ask
so agencies go client to client and move on with another logo for the deck
there's a larpdemic in growth/marketing
4 agencies pitched me last week using a logo i know for a fact they've never worked with
don't get finessed
