Randy screaming at Carver in the hospital after Miss Anna's house gets firebombed by Marlo’s crew is easily in the top 2 heaviest moments in the show 💔 You’ve got a smart kid who just got caught in the middle of the Baltimore PD mess because Herc botched the interrogation and let it leak to Little Kevin that Randy was talking to the Western District. The boy is terrified, with his hands burnt, realizing his whole life is ruined🥲 “You gonna look out for me? You gonna look out for me? You gonna look out for me, Sgt. Carver? You mean it? You promise? You got my back, huh?!” And the worst part is, Carver really wanted to protect him, but the bureaucracy, the red tape, and the broken system meant he couldn't do a damn thing to stop Randy from getting sent right back into the brutal group home system where he ends up hardened and angry. Watching the despair on Carver's face while he realizes he broke his word to this kid makes it ten times worse. بنتي عمرها 13 سنة، ومن يوم بدأت دورتها الشهرية وأنا أشتري لها الفوط الصحية. لكن لاحظت إن العلب تخلص بسرعة، وبدأت أشوف إنها تستخدم كمية مبالغ فيها. في البداية نبهتها أكثر من مرة، وقلت لها: "مو معقول كل شهر تخلصين هالكمية! لازم تتعلمين تحافظين على الأغراض، مو كل شيء متوفر يعني تستخدمينه بدون حساب." ولما ما تغير شيء، قررت أحط الفوط في خزانتي بدل ما تكون متاحة لها، وصرت أعطيها عددًا محددًا كل شهر. وإذا خلصت الكمية قبل موعدها، لازم تجيني وتطلب مني زيادة، وأحيانًا كنت أرفض بحجة إنها لازم تتعلم الاقتصاد. في يوم دخلت عليّ وهي مترددة، وقالت:
