I catalogued over 500 hours of Youtube footage for a website that lets you stare out the window of a train, and also control the weather somehow.

I visit women’s prisons all over the country and have to plan VERY carefully everything from my underwear to my perfume (which is often banned and I had to stop using fabric softener) to my jewelry (if at all) to the color clothes or type of fabric I can wear to my shoes. It’s all an exercise in futility for many families who cant afford the cost of keeping up with something that changes at every facility

“A 7-year-old agreed to voluntarily leave the country without a lawyer present to explain the legal consequences of the decision. In Arizona, an immigration judge ordered a 1-year-old baby appearing without a lawyer to file an asylum application.”

Very very lucky and blessed to have been sent a @PalantirTech chore coat. The colour is perfect, the details are stunning. Size down if you’re thinking of buying one. Highly recommend.

Oscar Bergal was shot by ICE in my district last Thursday, then pulled out of the hospital by ICE while still needing surgery. His lawyers say he’s in solitary with the bullet lodged in his neck, his face is numb, and he’s losing hearing in one ear. This is atrocious and inhumane, but it’s not a mistake. It’s yet another example of ICE working as designed. We don’t need another few years of broken safeguards. We need to abolish ICE.

hello I’m giving a talk at Index Space Chinatown tn: luma.com/index-2wit
so this is a common misconception, that there’s this influx of homeless people flooding SF for the resources and the “soft on crime policies” but the reality is the vast majority of homeless ppl in SF are from SF, lost their housing, and just started living outside
Replying to @hellosami
I agree about the human part. It’s disgusting.
Most of these folks aren’t neighbors, though. Many came specifically for fentanyl and because they knew we’d tolerate this antisocial behavior.
He needs forced rehabilitation. I say that with love. He cannot fix himself out there.
it’s so wild how people in SF don’t see homeless residents as human. Like yeah, a neighbor is suffering from addiction, but more importantly he’s in a tourist’s field of view

Update: Oscar Belgal, the man shot by ICE in New York City yesterday, has been located by his legal team.
He still has the bullet lodged in his body.
He's currently at MDC Brooklyn. ICE drove him to NJ last night, then brought him back to NYC today.
