Today we started our EOG review. Each time they got the question correct they got 4 blocks- goal was to make the best structure from all their blocks! My students were killin it!

As humans, we are all a ‘work in progress.’ How we go about this work may look different & may progress at different speeds. Having said that, keep in mind, none of our students are trying to become a worst version of themselves. Be patient. Be supportive. Be understanding.

A1: We no longer use “at-risk”. We use “at-promise”. I love the positive spin. It’s no longer a badge/representation of a future failure. The new language speaks of diamonds waiting to be polished. #weleaded
