We are in for a very mediocre 8 years.
We asked Xavier Becerra if he identifies as a NIMBY or a YIMBY and I am still dying over his answer. Great interview by @SophiaBollag, who tried to get him to say literally anything substantive.

What an honor to host @SteveHiltonx on @HighSpiritsPod! We found him to be a truly genuine, independent thinker, and very refreshing perspective on adding balance to Sacramento and our relationship with DC. What do you think? @XavierBecerra you up? @SecBecerra 11 days CA!

"It asks Congress to protect synthetic THC products and THCa flower that bypasses the state regulatory programs MPP built." marijuanamoment.net/former-s…

To ATACH's members: does this position represent you? I understand protecting your investment. I want licensed operators to thrive and participate in low-dose retail. We should be fighting to remove your federal burdens, not impose them on everyone else. 19/20

Adam Smith and @MarijuanaPolicy: thank you for staying focused on access and responsible regulation. Aaron Smith: proud to see you speak up. We didn't spend our careers fighting for cannabis to end up defending who gets to keep the gate. Let's build something bigger. /fin
