Behind every successful mission lies an unseen reality: brutal hours of training under extreme conditions, razor-sharp discipline, and an unshakeable oath to defend the tricolour.
From counter-insurgency operations in dense jungles to maintaining calm during internal crises, our Internal Security Forces—the CAPFs and state police organizations—serve as the silent bedrock of our sovereign strength. They face the unpredictability of conflict so over a billion citizens can wake up to peace.
True national unity is not merely an ideal; it is actively guarded, mile by mile, by those who put duty above self.
This Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, we honour Sardar Patel’s vision by saluting the men and women who stand resolute on the frontline of India’s cohesion and integrity.

From rejuvenating community spaces and historic waterbodies to launching the Samagra Seva App for seamless citizen services—HCM Dr @himantabiswa is in Tinsukia to set the cornerstone for the district’s next phase of transformation.
Have you heard of Tinsukia, the easternmost district of Assam? If not, here’s a little reason to get curious! And definitely add it to your bucket list! 😊
Known for its rapid development and as a cultural melting pot, Tinsukia brings together diverse communities, rich traditions and the beautiful Buddhist culture of the region, especially in Sadiya.
You can Google places to visit in and around the town. And here’s a feast for your eyes! 😊

The concerned is not a CRPF personnel in the video being shown.
Bureaucrats India strongly condemns the reported incident involving Purnea MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav pushing a CRPF jawan on stage during a cultural programme. Such behaviour towards a uniformed personnel is unbecoming of a public representative.
Respect for those serving in uniform must never be compromised.
