Unpopular Truth:
Your bank manager is not your financial advisor.
Their job is to keep your cash sitting in low yield accounts so the bank can deploy it for their own profit.
Put your money where it works for you, not where it works for the bank.

Small plans can work with small effort, but when you are talking about generational, life changing dreams?
Standard hustle will not cut it! You can't bring two weeks of patience and tiny sacrifices to a battle that requires years of deep endurance.
When the dream is huge, the price tag is naturally heavy.
You have to be ready to fail, re-strategize, endure long seasons of zero applause, and keep pushing even when your original plan falls apart.
Greatness demands deep staying power!

Main Lesson: “A great AI demo shows what your product can do. A great AI product proves what customers can depend on.”
Founders, don’t confuse a successful presentation with a reliable product..
A founder built an AI assistant for online stores.
During every demo, it answered product questions perfectly. He launched with confidence.
Then customers started asking about unavailable sizes, delayed orders, and refunds outside the usual policy.
The assistant gave misleading answers. Support tickets increased, and the founder spent his launch week fixing problems instead of acquiring customers.
His mistake?
He tested whether the AI could answer questions not whether it could handle real customers.
A smooth demo can hide an expensive problem..

Before you call it a day, give your AI product one test it wasn’t designed to ace.
- Remove a key detail from the user’s request.
- Ask something ambiguous.
- Give it conflicting information.
Then check whether it handles the situation responsibly or simply produces an answer that sounds convincing.
Write down one weakness you discover and what you’ll change tomorrow.
You don’t need to fix everything tonight. You just need to stop mistaking “it works” for “it’s ready.”

I’m usually the one reminding everyone to keep going, stay focused, and believe in what they’re building.
But today, I think I need some of that energy too.
I’m human, and even the people who encourage others need a little encouragement sometimes.
So, my friends, send some motivation my way. What’s one piece of advice, quote, or reminder that keeps you going when things get tough?

One decision can save an AI founder months of rebuilding:
Don’t just ask, “How quickly can I launch this?”
Ask, “If customers want something different, how difficult will it be to change?”
Speed gets you to market.
Flexibility helps you survive what you learn when you get there.
Build fast, but leave yourself room to think again..

Microsoft is offering voluntary buyouts to about 60,000 staff — roughly 27% of its workforce — across the US, Canada, India and the UK.
The AI build-out is expensive. This is how they protect the balance sheet while they keep spending. Results land Wednesday, same day as Alphabet.
Small position for me. Wednesday's numbers matter more than today's memo.
Strength or warning sign?
