On 27th August 2026, Adv. Derrick Absalom, Founder & Managing Director of LexVest Advisory, led a session on “New Provisions on Electronic Transactions & Legal Implications” at TMC’s Workshop on Cybersecurity and New Provisions on Electronic Transactions in Tanzania’s Digital Economy.
The session aimed to help participants understand the emerging legal provisions governing electronic transactions and their implications for organisations operating within Tanzania’s digital space. It created an opportunity to examine how these legal developments affect digital operations, compliance, rights, and responsibilities.
The session strengthened participants’ understanding of the legal landscape, enabling them to navigate electronic transactions better, identify potential legal implications, and make more informed decisions as Tanzania’s digital economy continues to evolve.
