1. That's not an official sheet, though It is the actual in-game model. 2. I'm fairly certain that It's just the expression baked onto the mesh for aesthetics. They're probably plannin to either keep it this way, or create a face expression system later down the line.

While I'm working on Silver I just noticed that her lip is slanted, is there a lore reason for this? I'm not versed on it yet. On the right is her oficial character sheet.

Haven't checked fully, but I'm certain newer models already have head models with clean, and symmetrical topology (Close enough that It's easy to symmetrize manually anyways). Whereas Older models (Wraith for example), the head looks like It was sculpted, no proper topology.
