🚨 A coding agent just built Flappy Bird on an Android phone. Then I played it on the same phone. No laptop. No cloud. No remote server. Mercury Agent /code + a local model wrote the code directly on Android and launched the game in the browser.

Mercury Agent now requires Node.js 22+. Why? Built-in node:sqlite, Ink 8 + React 19, and a single consistent runtime. Older versions get a clear error instead of a stack trace. Binaries are unaffected. npm users: nvm install 22 and reinstall. ~/.mercury stays intact.
