Hi @discord_support, 2 days ago I was permanently suspended due to fraud. I used (unknowingly) a disabled card when redeeming a nitro trial, & forgot to cancel. When I was charged, I got banned. My tickets have been dismissed even though I provided receipts/cards when they asked.
