💥 Introducing Warp Sciences, a new company applying AI and robotics to help the world develop new medicines faster.
We’ve raised a $215M Series A led by @lightspeedvp to bring frontier AI out of the browser and into the lab, and build scientific capacity here in America.
I co-founded Warp with my long-time friend @dpatil, FAIR co-founder @manohar_paluri, and drug hunter Sol Reisberg. The early team is full of incredible people like @bkspears9, who helped achieve Q>1 fusion at LLNL.

CoreWeave stock is down about 20% in a week, per The Information, and investors are asking the question the whole AI build-out depends on: can debt-financed data centers keep working as borrowing costs climb? The Information traces how the debt pile got here.

Tesla and SpaceX have each formed a special committee on a potential merger, at shareholders' request, Elon Musk said on SpaceX's earnings call.
He said he's conflicted and can't join the talks: "I don't think we should assume that a merger is a certainty."

Elon Musk today on a potential merger between SpaceX and Tesla:
"Both Tesla and SpaceX have formed special committees at the request of shareholders. Because I'm a conflicted party I can't be in on these discussions. I don't think we should assume that a merger is a certainty. Do I think it would be a good idea? Yes. But at the end of the day, shareholders have to be supportive of this. The special committees have not reached an agreement on any transaction, and it doesn't mean they will, but there is a lot of be gained from cooperating on SI, chip design, robots, mass or orbit, connectivity. I think it would be a good idea."
Now in writing. Tesla's 10-Q filed today says the board "has formed a special committee comprising disinterested directors to explore deepening Tesla's relationship with SpaceX", including "a business combination". No assurance of a deal, it says. sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/…
Resolved at 15:18 UTC, about an hour in. GitHub says Actions workflow and step result processing has recovered and repository updates are back to normal; a root-cause analysis is promised later. githubstatus.com/incidents/4…
