Infinity Ward rug pulled you. They marketed before the beta that they would be transparent about everything, INCLUDING matchmaking.
Matchmaking changes got pushed onto BO7 first and people's feedback was mostly negative - they did not respond.
The beta comes around and they listen to every bit of feedback (even ttk feedback!) But they don't mention matchmaking ONCE.
We are now a week into the launch of the game and this is the strictest feeling SBMM of all time, with a plethora of complaints from the community about it. And they have been silent.
Making a tweet saying you're listening to feedback but not actually addressing ALL the feedback (And this doesn't include just SBMM, there is a huge net code problem they are ignoring as well) is not actually listening to feedback. They are nit picking whats easy for them to respond to.
Infinity Ward needs to make changes on how they respond to community feedback because it is not looking good for them, especially with GTA 6 right around the corner.

SBMM in MW4 makes the game unplayable. Not just because of sweats but for this reason. I don't even get to actually play the game. I never get to use all the guns (meta only otherwise i get rocked) and never get to even use killstreaks or enjoy them. I can't get them. And yes, it is a skill issue. I'm playing against 20 yr olds on addy playing like it's life or death. I'm too good for the bad players and not good enough to compete with the lobbies I get. It's crazy.

SBMM is meant to keep you down.
It makes you constantly crave that one match every 10 games where you get a 2+ KD.
You get it. Then it enrages you again for the next 9 matches.
Call of Duty feels like we're playing a designed, pre-determined experience. Like a rigged casino.
There’s actually so many things shit about MW4 multiplayer you can’t even think about all of them. The base game and feel is actually good, everything around it is shit.

This happened in killarney. The young lad who done it is called Edward Mellor. He is originally from England but moved to the killarney/killorgan area. He was talking to this elderly man in an alley beside the pub and knocked him out with a sucker punch for a Snapchat video.
