Kamala Harris REFUSED to allow the representatives of hundreds of thousands of uncommitted voters, LOYAL DEMOCRATS, a slot to speak at the DNC.
We tried to tell you that campaigning with warmonger Liz Cheney would NEVER work.
Shame on everyone who said this was good strategy.

i hope that those in the western world can demonstrate a moment of self reflection and have an ounce of the moral clarity of this 19 year old victim who experienced the massacre in Kibbutz Be'eri.

Earlier today, I phoned the legendary @mrjamesob to underscore the dangers of a heavy-handed approach in Gaza resulting in mass civilian casualties. My three main points were:
1. The right to self-defense, as defined by law, is never "absolute"; it's a conditional right with inherent restrictions.
2. Proportionality is not a recent invention. It's a principle of customary international law enshrined in the 1949 Geneva Convention on the Laws of War (made just one year after the formation of the modern state of Israel) and is applicable to this situation.
3. Mass civilian deaths and human rights abuses in Gaza will foster recruitment and radicalization of victims, facilitating the emergence of a new generation whose life mission will be seeking revenge.

So much ‘commentary’, up to & including the calls for ethnic cleansing, completely ignores this.
“Anyone who wants to thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state has to support bolstering Hamas and transferring money to Hamas,” Netanyahu told his Likud party’s Knesset members in March 2019. “This is part of our strategy"

There are lots of grievances Palestinians could cite that deserve attention. Actions like those of this week close the ears of many who might be willing to listen/help. This plays into the hands of hardliners on both sides. Pity the civilians (on both sides) are victimized.

The best reason to charge more is to make more money, but the next best reason is that you will price out “pathological customers.”
Customers like the one below *are numerous* and higher price points mean you’ll lose less of your brain cells dealing with their many challenges.

O Sašu Hribarju ni treba veliko govoriti, samo poslušajte ga.
Enega najboljših intervjujev je maja letos dal za #MetinČaj. Pogovor, kjer se vidi vsa njegova širina, humanost, intelekt in humor. Ta je bil res nadstandarden in je presegal slovenske okvire.
Sašo, tišina bo kar srhljiva. Hvala za vse!

Scientists eagerly anticipate a response from extraterrestrials to radio signals sent into space four decades ago. In 1983, Japanese astronomers Masaki Morimoto and Hisashi Hirabayashi transmitted a radio message toward Altair, a star 16.7 light years away, using a Stanford University telescope. This message aimed to showcase Earth's appearance to potential alien observers.
Now, a team from the University of Hyogo is positioned in the city of Saku, employing a vast radio telescope, hoping to receive a reply from any planets orbiting Altair. Today, August 22, is considered the most likely date for a response, although the team's expectations of receiving one remain uncertain.
The original transmission, representing 13 drawings depicting the evolution of life on Earth, was sent from Stanford on August 15, 1983. This signal included images of unicellular organisms, fish, a lizard, an ape, a human family, and even the word 'toast.'
After four decades, Shinya Narusawa and his team at the University of Hyogo are using a massive 200-foot antenna at the Usuda Deep Space Center in Saku to detect a response. The choice of August 22 for this event is based on the traditional Japanese lunisolar calendar, as Altair might possess a planet suitable for sustaining life.
Altair, situated in the constellation of Aquila, remains one of the brightest stars in the night sky. Although there are no confirmed planets orbiting it, the researchers remain hopeful for a response indicating the existence of an extraterrestrial world.
The original message, conceived during a "drunken" idea by Morimoto and Hirabayashi, was initially expected to receive a reply by 2015, but none came. Hirabayashi, at one point, believed that aliens from the Altair star system might have received the message in 1999 and sent a response back to Earth.
