Quando tudo depende de um único disparo, não basta mirar; é preciso dominar a mente, silenciar o mundo e fazer a flecha encontrar o destino, o alvo!
Stop searching for the perfect person and instead, strive to become the person you aspire to be. By doing so, you’ll attract like-minded individuals who share your values and interests.
I’m certain this revelation has sparked a moment of clarity within you. Here’s a crucial truth: there are no perfect people. We all have flaws and imperfections. However, we are all committed to personal growth and self-improvement. We are all works in progress, constantly striving to become better versions of ourselves.
Embrace this understanding and find peace in it. Remember, the journey of self-discovery and growth is an ongoing process. Keep evolving and becoming the best version of yourself.

I just found out that Sir Patrick Stewart has died.
Here is a video he made on the advice he would give to his younger self.
RIP
Not every closed door is a loss.
Some are quiet redirections, and one day you will thank the universe for steering you toward something truer.

Before Hollywood, I was living in a van in Hawaii and waiting tables at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. One day, the incredible Rae Dawn Chong walked into the restaurant, and naturally, I went up to her table and said, “Hey, you’re a movie star! What are you doing here?”
She asked if I could act, and I said, “Fuck yeah, put me in your movie!”
She asked for my phone number. The only problem was I didn’t have one. So I gave her my buddy Mike’s number instead. A couple days later, Mike casually mentions, “Oh, by the way, someone called you.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME, MIKE?!
I called her back, and sure enough, she was serious. I drove over to pick up the script, went back to Mike’s house, and read all 120 pages three times in a row. First script I’d ever read. My character's name was Devon, and I remember thinking, “Sweet! I could totally play a Devon!”
I showed up to the audition with every line and inflection mapped out in pencil. Rae told me I could act and offered me the part. I asked if we were shooting in Hawaii. Nope. Los Angeles.
I had about $60 to my name, a bag of clothes, and some rollerblades.
Then Rae told me they'd fly me out. And I remember thinking right then and there, my life just changed forever. I'm going to be an actor.
That little movie was Cursed Part 3, a low-budget horror comedy that opened the door to Hollywood for me.
I'll forever be grateful to Rae for taking a chance on a kid working at a shrimp restaurant. Everybody starts somewhere, and this is where it all began for me.

This life is so so short...filled with ups & downs.
The only way to navigate moments of despair is to lay it at His feet.
It's never easy but trust I must in His never failing love because, WHO AM I?
Have a blessed day my authentic X family.
I hope this blesses someone..
Healing isn't a straight line, so please be patient with yourself. Some mornings you'll feel brand new and some evenings back at the start, and that still counts as moving forward.
Never allow the weight of experience to limit the excitement of discovery. No matter how much we have accomplished, there is always something new to learn, something different to attempt, and something extraordinary waiting on the other side of a creative journey.
Billionaire Tyler Perry gave his own family 60 days to find jobs or lose his financial support. Despite being worth an estimated $1.4 billion, he refused to keep supporting relatives who weren't working.
In the video below, Perry explains why he fired his own aunt and later gave other family members an ultimatum after his mother's death.
He wanted them to become financially independent instead of relying on his fortune.
One aunt regularly called asking for money, and Perry kept sending it until he offered her a job. But she repeatedly called in and failed to show up for work, so he eventually fired her.
His mother had also asked him to support other relatives, and he continued helping them while she was alive. After she died in 2009, Perry sent them letters giving them 60 days to find employment or lose his financial support.
According to Perry, every relative eventually found a job. He didn't care whether the jobs paid well because he wanted them to earn their own money and have something to feel proud of.
Perry also recalled a relative getting angry when he refused to hand over $1 million. He believed that continually giving money to people who refused to work was making their dependence worse.
A billionaire who could afford to support his entire family chose to make them earn their own living.
If you had $1.4 billion, would you keep supporting unemployed relatives or give them the same 60-day ultimatum?
You have a purpose in this world. Use your talents, your passions, and your unique gifts to make a difference. The world needs what you have to offer.

All across our country, there are good people who every day step up, step forward, and step into the breach to help others.
Our algorithms too often amplify outrage and division. Our media too often elevates the cruel, the demeaning, and the degrading.
But the truth is, our nation is filled with humble heroes. Everyday people who see someone in need and act. Who don’t hesitate to help. Who don’t ask what religion someone practices, what race they are, or what political party they belong to.
They act because they recognize our common humanity, because they see the dignity and worth in others, because kindness and decency are stronger than the divisions that too often dominate our attention.
This woman and the nurses she rallied remind us that heroes are all around us. And that when we come together, we can literally save lives.
May we see more of this.
May we be more of this.

A 5-year-old girl plunged 49 feet from a moving cruise ship into the open ocean. Her father heard his wife screaming and raced toward the railing, only to discover that their daughter was gone.
It happened aboard the Disney Dream near the Bahamas, where a family vacation took a terrifying turn when the little girl fell from the ship’s fourth deck.
When her father realized what had happened, he jumped overboard after her, plunging nearly 50 feet into the ocean. But when he surfaced, he couldn’t see his daughter anywhere.
He began desperately calling out for her, searching the water until he finally heard her calling back. He swam toward her and managed to reach her, but they were still stranded in the open ocean as the massive cruise ship began turning around.
For roughly 20 minutes, he kept his little girl afloat, holding her above the water until a rescue boat finally reached them and brought them back to safety.
Both survived, although the father suffered two fractures in his spine from the fall.
It takes an incredible amount of courage to jump nearly 50 feet into the open ocean, not knowing what awaits you below. But this father didn’t hesitate to put his own life on the line for his little girl. Thank God they both made it home.
