Humans and our cognition are the bottleneck when it comes to using AI. Even with AI running code, analysis, and workflows in parallel, we’ll always be the slower part of the system. We can only track a few threads at a time reviewing outputs, making decisions, switching context. It’s like having a Formula 1 car, but driving it in first gear. So the real question is, how do we upgrade the driver, not just the car?

Pretty excited that Agentic-AI infrastructure is entering into its deployment phase. - Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling is now operational and modular. (Widely available with most applications including recent GitHub MCP) - Agent-to-Agent (A2A) workflows are no longer speculative - they’re running in production environments. - Context orchestration is evolving into a programmable primitive, enabling agents to reason, act, and coordinate across stateful interactions.

A quick recap of my professional journey in 2024 👇 It was mostly work, with little to no personal time—living moment-to-moment with a high adrenaline rush. This year was all about wanting to work, not having to work, as I pushed to reach goals and build something I truly believe can make a difference. I built two companies with a great team from the ground up and started tackling everything that scares me. It’s been a high-stress, capital-intensive journey with quick recoveries from setbacks. Intense effort went into building teams, managing money, and diving deep into tech research. I’ve never lived so intensely as I did this year. 2024 taught me the true game of entrepreneurship (two of my portfolio companies are now stable) and how to put my best into building impactful products. I loved working in blockchain in particular with @_0xDay Team. Big thanks to everyone I met, worked with, and learned from—this year was a rollercoaster of growth. 💪 (A series of blog posts are due, and I’ll be tagging everyone who made 2024 huge for our portfolio companies.) Bootstrapped for 2y & generating revenue in "24, we’re scaling globally with a custom AI model, i-c.ai, to supercharge ICAMP CS Labs. We also secured the CS.Degree® trademark to publish on-verified CS degrees this year. We initiated focus group research in five countries, including Africa, and are leveling up the CS EdTech space and redefining credentials. All about 0x.Day 👇 After 1.5 years in stealth, 0xDay is registered and poised to redefine how developers build professional profiles. Started this Jan'24, 0x.Day secured trademark rights and I’m thrilled to team up with @0xSaranKumar to rebuild 0xDay brick by brick, having worked with Saran for a while, it’s clear that 0xDay needs someone of his caliber to take it to the global stage. It also powers Skill Protocol, a system to create thousands of jobs in a tokenized economy. Super proud to have @0xiAkhil on board, leading the charge in building AI Agents that will disrupt the way portfolios for 0xDay products evolve. 0xDay - 0xProfile is the future of decentralized talent ecosystems. 0xDay has been the most challenging venture I’ve worked on—building stable partnerships, teams, and revenue models is no small feat, especially navigating Web3 legal compliance across multiple countries. 0xDay’s most ambitious product, its open-source hackathon platform, has found Product-Market Fit (PMF). Over seven months, we’ve hosted 25+ hackathons, including two blockchain hacker houses with partners like @ton_blockchain @TON_SocietyIND and @routerprotocol. Our platform, 0xHacking, has onboarded 10k+ users and is expanding globally. Excited to share that 0xDay is backed by @0xPivot_ , and we’re gearing up to build game-changing solutions globally.
