Hi there, rental vehicle coverage included in Roadstar and Roadside plus can be used to cover a vehicle rented through an established rental agency, including Turo. ^kb
Hi there, thank you for your interest in road safety. Enforcement is not a part of our mandate. If you see violations, please report them to local police so they can enforce them. ^ag

Hi, please check with your Autoplan broker regarding your coverage and if you have the unlisted driver protection on your policy. It is free until an unlisted driver causes a crash in your vehicle after which you will be required to pay to continue to use the coverage. ^ag

With this approach, we ensure that new drivers spend more time developing good driving habits. (3/3)

Drivers may perform well during a short, observed test but still engage in risky behaviour in real-world conditions. The first road test is the most important as it indicates whether the driver is safe to move from driving while supervised drive without supervision. (2/3)

Hi, evidence shows that experience - safe driving habits demonstrated over time - is an equally reliable predictor of long-term safety to performance on a single road test. We will continue to monitor new drivers closely. (1/3) ^kb

The system takes a control photo of the customer and then continues to take photos throughout the exam. The tool also tracks eye movement and mouse movements. If the person receives multiple test rule infractions, the online test will disqualify them. 4/4 ^ap
The testing platform will provide us a validation report, including your photo, personal details, and test information, which will be used to confirm your identity during the in-office appointment by comparing the test registration information with your image and Primary ID 2/4

Hi Jozef, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with preparing an estimate. You'll need a current Autoplan policy to prepare an estimate. If you are looking to prepare an estimate for a new policy you'll have to visit an Autoplan broker. ^ap
