美国财政部出手，MEXC 被切断美国金融体系通道，涉案资金至少 160 亿美元
11 月 7 日，美国财政部金融犯罪执法局（FinCEN）下令禁止美国金融机构处理涉及 MEXC 的资金转账，拟切断其与美国金融体系的联系。
FinCEN 指控，MEXC 在 2021 年 5 月至 2026 年 5 月期间，处理了至少 160 亿美元与制裁规避、网络犯罪及其他非法活动有关的资金，涉及伊朗、朝鲜和俄罗斯相关实体。
其中：
- 俄罗斯方向： 涉及近 15 亿美元制裁规避交易，包括与受制裁实体的 2.32 亿美元直接交易，以及为俄罗斯制裁规避网络 A7 提供至少 2600 万美元服务。
- 伊朗方向： 与 40 多家已识别的伊朗加密交易商发生约 10 亿美元直接交易，另涉及约 2200 万美元伊朗央行及革命卫队相关交易。
- 稳定币方向： 处理近 2 亿美元与俄罗斯相关 A7A5 稳定币有关的交易。
该命令依据《打击俄罗斯洗钱法》第 9714(a) 条发布，将在《联邦公报》刊登 30 天后生效。
美国财政部长贝森特表示，美国金融机构不能一边支持伊朗政权，一边继续使用美国金融体系。
这次行动的影响不只是美国市场准入问题，而是美国试图通过金融体系施压，将交易所与跨境制裁规避网络切割。
对于 MEXC 而言，接下来真正需要关注的是：其他司法辖区是否跟进，以及相关指控是否会引发更广泛的银行和支付渠道收紧。
币安法国：没拿到欧盟MiCA牌照，12月31日关闭所有法国用户账户。存款已关，交易已停，只剩提现。
MiCA 是欧盟统一规则。拿到一个成员国的牌照，就可以“护照通行”服务整个欧盟；没拿到牌照，就不能合法服务任何欧盟用户。
监管机构主要担心两点：
1，反洗钱合规问题
币安过去的AML体系被认为不够完善。
2，适格性审查
特别是创始人CZ的过往法律记录。他2023年在美国因未能维持有效反洗钱计划认罪，交易所也支付了超过43亿美元的和解金（后来虽被特朗普赦免，但在欧盟监管眼里仍是负面因素）。

On a ouvert un airdrop de tokens SPPRGB sur Bitcoin Signet — zéro valeur réelle, c'est un testnet, littéralement 0€ de butin possible.
Résultat : des bots ont débarqué en moins de 2h, résolvant des captchas, tournant sur des VPS louées à Hong Kong et sur AWS/Oracle Cloud, avec retry automatique et rotation d'IP... pour des jetons qui ne vaudront jamais rien. 😂
Le niveau de sophistication déployé pour chasser du vent nous a fascinés, donc on a fait un peu de forensic pour le fun :
•🎯 Un seul hébergeur (Hong Kong) représentait 40% du trafic bot à lui seul → bloqué par IP
•🕵️ Les survivants tournaient sur AWS / Oracle Cloud / un VPN connu → on a ajouté une détection générique "cette IP est un datacenter, pas un humain"
•📉 Résultat : le flot de bots s'est effondré, sans rien enlever aux vrais joueurs (toujours accessible normalement depuis chez vous)
Moralité : même sur un testnet à 0 valeur, il y a toujours quelqu'un pour scripter un bot. Respect à l'acharnement, zéro respect pour le ciblage. 🫡
