I recently spoke to a marketer who ran a $40M brand with just two designers and ONE AI process:
He gave me and my team a masterclass on using AI to scale marketing and creative.
Most brands use one tool with a bad prompt and hope it will solve all their problems.
He chains 7 different tools together for: ideation, image creation, video editing, and iterating based on performance.
ALL using AI and two offshore designers.
I paid him 6-figures to build these systems for my companies.
Now, I’m giving them away for free.

So @idlette told me “The best thing you can do for poor people is to not be one of them.” And I took it to heart.

You can argue that a house may sell for more on the MLS but not that it will net a seller more

The wealthy mindset vs the ultra-wealthy mindset
The Wealthy Mindset:
Own Assets:
You're buying tangible assets and income-producing assets
- Real estate (homes, vacation properties, rental properties)
- Luxury items (boats, cars)
- Businesses
These assets generate a return on investment, they help you accumulate wealth, and enjoy the benefits of ownership. These are your assets held in your name
You build personal portfolios of high-value assets, seeking appreciation or passive income (rental income, business profits, dividends, etc.)
You're wealthy, you know your net worth. Your assets are the markers of your success and financial security
The Ultra-Wealthy Mindset:
Control Over Ownership:
You don't get hung up on ownership
You focus on controlling assets rather than directly owning them. This supports wealth preservation goals, minimizing tax burdens, and protecting assets from liabilities. You place assets in trusts, foundations, or other legal structures that provide flexibility and protect wealth for future generations
You are not concerned about holding assets in your own name because you are focused on continuity of wealth beyond your lifetime
You focus on creating structures that can sustain your family's wealth for multiple generations, reducing estate taxes, and protecting against lawsuits or other risks
Rather than personal ownership, you prioritize strategic asset placement (e.g., trusts, family offices, holding companies). These entities manage the assets, ensuring they remain intact for your heirs while still giving you and your family full access and control
Example:
A wealthy individual might buy that dream vacation home and a boat for personal enjoyment, the ultra-wealthy might place those assets in a trust. The family can still enjoy and use the assets, but they’re not in any one person's name, which can have significant tax and liability benefits
---
In essence, the ultra-wealthy mindset prioritizes asset protection and long-term control rather than direct personal ownership
Family offices use these wealth-preservation strategies
They help separate the ultra-wealthy from the merely wealthy

They say the average millionaire has 7 streams of income but what they don’t tell you is they diversified their income after they become millionaires.
Focusing on one thing & scaling it is how most become wealthy, not investing time & energy into 7 different things.

How to commit *securities fraud*, simplified edition:
1⃣ Say you will do X
2⃣ Sell securities based on you doing X
3⃣ Don't do X
What's the fix?
❌ We will do X
✅ We aim to do X
❌ We guarantee an X% return
✅ We project an X% return based on our assumptions (even better if you describe the assumptions)
❌ We will invest in X
✅ We seek to invest in X
It doesn't sound as good, I know. It's classic "watered down lawyer goop."
But you may be grateful later on if X doesn't happen after all. 😌

My daughter is walking, talking, learning her ABC’s & is only 10 months. I highly doubt this would happen this quickly if we didn’t have the time control to dedicate to her.

My mom showed me how to respect the opinions of other people by how she respects mine even if she doesnt agree.
She asks questions for understanding. Provide her perspective and then we move on with love and respect.
Thats my normal so thats how I move in the world.

There was a Black man in a car fire in Dallas Texas burning alive on the shoulder of the road and he couldn’t get out so he gave up and just stayed burning in the car..
4 homeless people saw him and busted the windows, pulled him out and called for help.
That was my Dad. 😞
