Whatever route it took to get to TACAMO PAC at that time was degraded, IMO. But I'm astonished at the NCS preamble readings at 1924z and 1926z. That block hasn't been used since most of the 80s up to the end of FY91. It did not affect the complete character counts. No "corrections" were made.
