THE QUIET BUILD
Right now, it feels like we're at a bit of a standstill. And maybe sometimes that okay.
Everyone is running in different directions, chasing whatever happens to be shiny for the next five minutes or so.
A new chain. A new launch. A new narrative. A new meta. Then tomorrow...something else.
We could chase it too. But we can use this time differently.
Slow down. Watch. Listen. Rethink a few things. Build. Prepare.
Gather the people who actually want to be here. Because not every stage of building needs to be loud or seen.
Sometimes progress is happening quietly, while everyone else is looking somewhere else.
Ideas are being tested. Plans are being made. Pieces are being put into place.
And maybe the smartest thing we can do right now is let the noise fade itself out.
Because sooner or later, some people will get tired of chasing.
Tired of jumping from one shiny object to the next.
Tired of being exit liquidity.
Eventually, people start looking for something that's been there all along.
Something solid. Something honest. Something that didn't disappear because attention moved somewhere else.
That kind of growth takes longer. We know that.
But maybe there comes a point when people are willing to give something like that a chance rather than getting burned over and over again chasing the next wave of hype.
That's the chance we're working toward and willing to take.
We're not in a race to manufacture attention for a day.
We'd rather keep building something that can hold the attention when it eventually comes.
So we'll move slowly when we need to. We'll adjust when we have to. We'll keep creating. Keep talking. Keep welcoming people in. And keep gathering.....
One person, One conversation, One Yo at a time.
We're still here. We're still building.
And when the noise finally settles...
we'll be ready. Until then.....

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.
I genuinely want this space to get better. I want people to make money. Obviously everybody cant win, thats impossible, but I wish we had more people at least TRYING to build something where the whole goal isnt just extracting from the next guy.
I go into some private chats, even some of the better ones, and see people dropping CAs knowing damn well they’re just looking for exit liquidity.
That shit sucks.
I wish we saw more people actually working together and grinding something out instead of using people until they’re no longer useful, then throwing them into the dumpster fire 😂
Finding genuinely good people in this space is hard. A lot of people will use whatever leverage they have over you, extract what they can, then move on.
This space needs a rinse badly.
But I also know there ARE good people here. People willing to work. Devs that actually have good intentions.
And good intentions obviously dont guarantee a successful project either. The market still decides at the end of the day.
But “the market decides” also isnt an excuse to launch your 37th farm, dump on everyone and disappear lol.
If you launch something at least TRY.
Make a TG. Talk to people. Raid. Build something. Give it a chance.
And yes, devs should make money too.
An honest dev putting hours into a project SHOULD make money. Selling doesnt automatically make someone evil 😂
Its how you do it and whether everyone else was basically just your exit liquidity.
I think eventually people start noticing who actually puts effort in and who is just farming them over and over.
As for me, I’ll probably be launching something pretty soon. Maybe within the next week or so. No idea what chain yet. Not gonna force anything.
When its ready its ready.

I realized there’s no reason forcing it while everyone is scattered and I dont have everything I want in place yet. Still working on things quietly in the background.

This hits home. We’ve been grinding through many of the same struggles with YO, showing up every day, creating, building organically, and watching genuine effort get overlooked while connections and cabals control the game.
What you built over six months still matters. The content, the community, the foundation and most importantly, the work ethic. That doesn’t disappear just because the space failed to recognize them.
The project may be entering a different chapter, but the dedication you showed and the respect you earned haven’t gone unnoticed. That carries with you into whatever comes next.
Either way, you should be proud. You gave it everything you had, and very few can honestly say that. Whatever comes next, we’d love to connect, share some thoughts, and see where the conversation might go.

IS IT WORTH IT?
I keep asking myself that everyday.
We say we want safety,
then run straight into the fire
and complain when we get burned.
We say we want transparency,
then put the blindfolds back on
the second somebody whispers “alpha”
We say we're tired of rugs, farms and games,
then hand our money and attention
right back to the same names.
“Shill me this.” “Show me that.” “What's the next play?” And we keep dancing.
Maybe that's the part nobody wants to say out loud.
A lot of this isn't about finding something good anymore. It's content. Engagement. Attention. Another thread. Another ticker. Another day.
And the truth? Most of them don't give a fuck what happens after you click buy.
But here's what bothers me even more. There are more of us than there are of them. More regular people. More communities. More people tired of being someone else's exit. Yet somehow, we're still the sheep.
We follow the noise. We chase the next shiny thing. We willingly walk toward the slaughterhouse, then blame the butcher when we get there.
Meanwhile, here we are.
Showing up every day.
Working. Reaching out. Building.
Trying to create something steadier in a space addicted to the chaos.
Not promising riches. Not pretending there won't be red days. Not claiming we're perfect. Just trying to prove that something can exist here without treating the people behind the wallets like disposable liquidity.
Yesterday I said I was tired. Today I'm asking whether any of this is even worth it.
Because you can build the shelter, but you can't force anyone to come in from the storms.
