Woke up to a nightmare. @AnthropicAI @claudeai just drained my bank account with unauthorized charges while I was asleep. 🚨
I checked my dashboard ZERO usage consumed. Yet, their system pushed multiple payments through and attempted another $480 in charges before my card stopped it.
It is incredibly unsafe to keep a card saved on your platform if normal users are paying the price for your billing bugs. I have an open ticket and urgently need a human support agent and a FULL refund.
