Confirmed high-severity violations lead to post disqualification, point reversal, and in repeated cases, permanent account restrictions. But enforcement here goes both ways. If a flag is later found to be a false positive, the penalty, disqualification, or restriction it caused is automatically reversed no manual appeal process required.

Permanent Bans for Repeat Offenders Impresio doesn't ban accounts casually but repeat, confirmed bad behavior does carry a permanent consequence. An account gets permanently banned when ANY of these are true: its trust score hits 0, it has 2 or more confirmed high-severity fraud flags, or it has 3 or more confirmed flags within the last 90 days. Here's what each one means and why: 1. Estimated (Live) This is a real-time preview of what you're currently on track to earn in the ongoing epoch. It's not final the number moves up and down as other participants' activity changes, since rewards are calculated relative to everyone in that epoch. Think of it as a "leaderboard preview," not a paycheck yet. 2. Quarantined Once the epoch closes, your reward amount becomes final and locked in. But before it's payable, it sits in a short holding period (currently 48 hours) as an anti-fraud safeguard. This isn't a punishment it's a standard check applied to newer or probationary accounts to make sure no fraudulent activity is found before funds are released. No action is needed from you; it clears automatically once the hold ends. 3. Cleared Balance This is your confirmed, redeemable balance fully verified and ready to withdraw/redeem anytime. In short: your rewards move automatically through this pipeline Live estimate (still changing) → Quarantined (locked, just waiting out a safety window) → Cleared (yours, redeemable now). You never need to click anything to move a reward forward; it's all handled by the system on a timer.
