LIVE: Artisan has added a stablecoin-backed card to its bill-pay app with @privy_io and @stripecrypto
Back in August, @doranmaul told us his US users wanted to pay their bills straight from their stablecoins:
“I would pay my mortgage onchain if I could.”

Pay the bill. Swipe the card. Same stablecoin balance.
Bill pay was step one. @privy_io and @stripecrypto helped us ship step two in just weeks.
if you want to have fun on Fridays again, we’re hiring at @privy_io
A lot of workplace culture died after Covid and never recovered. Yes, working from home is probably bad for you as a whole - but I’ve noticed in my own workplace that nobody uses the environment as a social launchpad anymore - which should be its biggest utility.
I remember in pre Covid times there were at least moments of serendipitous fun. In this post Covid era rife with economic pessimism, I get the sense that people are generally afraid to take any sort of liberties in the workplace, even if it’s something as benign as taking a long lunch.
Fridays used to have a good energy to them. Now I dread them. You can hear a pin drop in my office most Fridays. Small talk has been killed in the name of productivity. I know this isn’t all workplaces but I have a feeling I’m not alone here.
If you’re lucky enough to work somewhere that hasn’t been managed-to-death, count your blessings. Otherwise I am forced conclude that working from home is the lesser evil, even if not by much.

Deel pays contractors in 80+ countries on the full Stripe stack: using @privy_io for wallets, @Stablecoin for fiat-to-stablecoin orchestration and issuing DLUSD.
Now, those payouts can remain private with Tempo Zones.
Privacy is live on Tempo.
Tempo Zones let enterprises keep customer stablecoin balances and payments private, with built-in compliance controls and access to global liquidity.
@deel is the first customer with Zones live in production.

It's crazy that anyone can see every payment you put on a public blockchain
We fixed this on @tempo with Zones: private accounts where you control who sees what, and they still work with DeFi, vaults, RWAs, ramps and bridges
It's been great working with @thierryEdde44 and the @deel team building with us as an early customer!
Payroll has to be private. That’s been non-negotiable for us since day one of building the @deel stablecoin wallet.
Tempo Zones gives us that privacy, so we can bring the benefits of stablecoins to our users.
Really enjoyed working on zones with @liamihorne and the @tempo team!

we're looking for someone with a research background who's: hungry, opinionated and wants real ownership over how we go to market in crypto
you'll find the best teams before anyone else is talking to them, call where the market's heading next, and build the relationships that turn into deals

It is honestly pretty funny to see SF AI people design communication and security protocols for consumers agents that resemble crypto more than centralized systems
Perhaps the threat models of open, permissionless networks was more right than the many detractors want to admit
Today we’re announcing Personal Agent Protocol — an open standard @Meta and @SierraPlatform are developing along with industry partners at @Genesys, @instinct, @RocketOTD, @Shopify, @stripe, and @Walmart. It will help define how personal agents interact with businesses and is open for anyone to implement. That's more than one card for every human and business in the united states

After not joining @stripe (and obviously lamenting over time) given several opportunities and conversations with @patrickc and old mutual friend told me: "Now is always the best time to join Stripe".
I think he's still right. So I might extrapolate this to "Now is always the best time to join @privy_io

People are asking me why we built the first version of Finality on @tempo
Simple:
- great ux with stable gas, passkeys and memos
- clear need for chargebacks for existing users like stripe
- codex told me to
Introducing Finality: Chargebacks for Stablecoins
Trillions of dollars are transacted today without a way to dispute a single payment.
Finality is the first to give enterprises dispute resolution to their customers without reversing blockchain transactions.
We're inviting payment providers, LPs, and arbitrators to help shape the network ahead of broader access.

Paid for my coffee with my stablecoin card through Privy this morning :)!
1/ Looking to launch a stablecoin card program?
With Privy and @stripe, you can now do that in as little as a month.
Today, Privy is launching prebuilt components for cards: one integration to embed the full cardholder experience in your app and launch across 25+ countries.

we (@privy_io), along with @stripe, have been doing a TREMENDOUS amount of work around cards lately.
stripe has supported 400M+ cards, with issuing infrastructure that spans markets + currencies.
turns out there is a lot to learn about card programs... watch this space!
for my new side project i investigated 100+ supplements, drugs, procedures, tests, and behaviors promoted by longevity influencers. i had claude and grok audit the entire medical literature for evidence and counter evidence for each, and debate up to 10 rounds until they reach consensus.
the result is something many of u probably already know. the vast majority of things sold to u are just expensive molecules that go thru bladder and do pretty much nothing beneficial. some of them even carry known and unknown risks.
how im going to modify my own "protocol": the handful of supplements i was already taking like vit d and omega 3 actually have much less evidence than i thought. so im just not going to stress of them. if i remember to buy/take them, good. if not, wtv.
